What I hate most is unseasoned chicken. It felt like they only used two teaspoons of seasoning. I ordered their signature hot and honey barbecue, but it wasn’t seasoned well at all. This was my last time giving Wingstop a chance. KFC will always be my favorite chicken place—they at least season their chicken properly. Also, their fries were soggy, even though I asked for them to be well done. I guess their idea of well done is just ‘done,’ not ‘well.’
Just an overall bad experience. The restaurant is not clean, the employees are not friendly, and the food is not fresh.
The chicken is incredibly robbery or stringy, and there’s never a good middle ground.
The sauces that cut the chicken, lack a ton of flavor or spice. I expect a mango habanero to be spicy, and this was just some pitiful sugar concoction.
And don’t get me started on their loaded fries. These soggy fries were covered in a solidified, gluey cheese, with no flavor.
One of the best locations I’ve experienced and I’ve been to quite a few. Everyone behind the counter was pleasant and inviting. I knew the food would be good because they were cooking to music ???????????? .. I didn’t get the young ladies name behind the counter but I just have to give her a shout out because there was a little boy there with his dad that wanted to talk to her and she multi tasked by taking the time to engage with him and doing her job it was nice to see that balance even during the busy rush!!
This is the best Wingstop I've ever been to. I have been to several before, many are decent. This location fulfills every specification, every time. They have never forgotten a sauce or veggie sticks and cook my wings well done like I requested. I see them rereading the tickets while packing the orders and ensuring it's all there.
Cook in the back decided to get passive aggressive with me just because I asked if one of the orders on their shelves was mine because the person preparing didn't verify a name for either as I was standing there..... nothing wrong with just normal reassurance instead of getting an attitude and being passive aggressive.... I had to let it slide to keep a confrontation from happening..... Maintaining professionalism is important and shouldn't be taken lightly
This location at Brier Creek doesn't have dine in, but the employees taking our order were very courteous. I haven't actually tried their bone in wings yet, but their boneless wings are pretty darn good, and they have a large selection of sauces to choose from to satisfy most people's cravings. But my favorite menu item is their fresh cut, not frozen French fries. They are good-sized fries, not some little baby shoestring cut fries, and whatever they have in their seasoning gives them a pleasant extra boost to their taste. Almost tastes like maybe they have mixed sugar with their salt. I'm not sure if that is what it is or not it exactly, but whatever it does works well. Sometimes, when I'm not being a tight wad, I get the cheese fries. So good, yummy. Speaking of being a tight wad, this is not the cheapest place in the world, but they have some pretty decent specials, which makes it a lot more affordable and gives you a decent bang for your bucks.
Guys working kitchen 8/17/2024 evening were dope. Hooked us up with the best wings. They were super busy but were very efficient and not complaining but joking around with each other. Very refreshing to see and made for a pleasant experience waiting for our food.
Food took over an hour to prepare - 30 minutes later than the pickup time.
Average tasting food - would not recommend. Better off just going somewhere else to eat
