30 minute wait to get half cold wings and cold fries on top of that they gave me the bottom of the bowl fries. Half the fries were the ends and old and just downright bad. I asked for light sauce and the gave me no sauce. Worst wingstop in SoCal.
I order at this location all the time, the first time I complained was because the food they gave me was horrible, it was burned and the chicken is old. I was told they would remake the food just come anyday. I went there and I was told I had to bring the food back and I already throw them away. Why does customer have to make up for their inconvenience and they won’t even return my money back. I work at a fast food as well but we don’t treat customers like this.
The chicken sandwiches were tasty but also very greasy, to be expected though. The place was clean, not sure where a trash can was though. The customer service was pretty okay, they were in a rush with so many orders coming through.
The food is great. The only problem that I have is the customer service and the wait time. First of all, those workers don’t pick up the phone when I was trying to place an order for pick up. As I went in, I asked the employee why the phones are not being picked up and said he doesn’t know what’s going on with the phones. Second of all, I got upset and I was told that there is going to be a 50 to 1 hour wait for a 6 piece combo. Makes no sense at all why there is a long wait for that. They need better employees that have dignity and respect. They need to get it together!
This place is okay... but just okay. Sometimes they are fast and get your order right. And sometimes the cashier acts like an a$s and messes everything up. Going to this place is like a gamble, you never know what you're going to get.
My favorite location! The staff is friendly despite them always being busy. Great job to the staff!
Adolfo talks so low u can’t hear while ordering. Also had additude problem, moved out to his are recently visit wing stop often. But now I will not no thanks Adolfo the quite rude employee.
This place messed up my order and I called to get a credit for a different day since it was late. They had me bring back the food if I wanted a refund or credit because they have to "count the food". What an absolute waste of time. Even a partial credit and I would have been happy. You made a mistake why do your customers have to make up for it with their own time....
