It doesn't get any better, I tipped the change and the server brought me my tray to my table with a big smile, fresh, tingling with spice, fresh veggie sticks, great Fanta flavor choices, finger licking AMAZING! Move over atomic wings and BWW, there is a new player in town, I will be coming back for the 3 S'S - smile, service and spice!
There’s this oddly dimly lit corner in the front of the restaurant. I ordered the 20 boneless wings through the app. There were 2 people in the kitchen and 1 person up front taking orders. The app told me the order would be ready between 17-27 minutes so I arrived in 19 minutes. The order was said to be completed at 8:36. However, the order needed an additional 20 minutes to be completed. I was not compensated for the poor service or wasted time. Find somewhere else to get chicken wings.
I come here regularly. Never have a problem with any of my orders. The staff is always friendly, and make my food spot on to my tastes. They've even made my voodoo fries more spicy upon request. Pedro is a cool manager and great customer service. His positive attitude, and willingness to jump in the mix with his employees. Really does go a long way. Employees are happy and not miserable, like other places.
Waited 20+ minutes for wings. Servers friend stopped by and chatted up (also served before us) as customers piled up. Thankfully a nice lady spoke up for us, then got our food. Opened up the fries and noticed hair. Wore no hair nets while preparing food. Should’ve looked at reviews before coming, wouldn’t recommend
Finally. First time I ordered ahead of time and my order was ready when I got there. 35th time is the charm
The truth is I'm not sure if I'm going to go back to Wingstop because I prefer Chick-fil-A but it was pretty good and I wish the store lots of luck because the service was great.
It was okay. I couldnt taste the garlic parmesan in the chicken. The fries were way to salty. Lady at the front was rude and talking on the phone as she took our order.
I made an order and they only sent me the potatoes, what a bad service, what a bad manager, what a bad staff, there was no solution because there were 5 minutes left to close
