I ordered lemon pepper & honey hot however the flavor i got instead was old grease. I double checked to make sure maybe what u see in the pics is sauce. So i put some on my finger and tried it…GREASE!! Couldn’t even eat them i am beyond mad. Called store x3 no answer, will call in the morning for a refund.
DO NOT COME HERE ON A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY EVENING. It's kids working (manager included) I counted 7 employees in the kitchen but only 2 really working. The girl with the red braids to her butt just getting free money because she not working. The wait is completely ridiculous because DoorDash and uber eats orders are coming in as well as mobile orders and walk ins. One Friday I came here and the employees were about to fight and nobody was working because they were too busy watching the employees about to fight. The music sounds like they look. They have no customer service here, the drink area is always nasty. I'm sure nothing will become of review but since I have to sit here and wait for my mobile order I put in over a hour ago why not. Oh and when I asked for a refund because I didn't want to wait the kid (manager) said it would take 7-14 business days for my refund.
I will have to travel further to another wingstop from now on and it sucks because I can walk to this one.
It's hit or miss. One thing.... My order has never been less than 10 minutes late. They advertise 15-21 minutes but that's a pipe dream. Sometimes wings and fries are fantastic. Sometimes they are rubbery and undercooked. Cajun fries are never Cajun, just normal seasoning. Just not worth the risk for what they are charging.
The secret is to order when they're not busy. I went last night around 8:30 pm. My wings were perfect. Fried hard, how I like them. Lemon pepper and Cajun. Don't forget to ask for your ranch. I forgot and had to make my own when I got home.
I visited today and was informed that walk-ins were not being accepted, and I could only place an order online. During my visit, I noticed that the only visible staff member, the general manager, was handling food without wearing gloves, which raised concerns about sanitation. Based on this experience, I would rate the cleanliness poorly. Additionally, the service fell short of expectations. I highly recommend bringing DJ back to improve both service and the overall experience.
Where to begin, not friendly or inviting. Dining room needs a good cleaning, No trash cans in the dining to throw away food. There is a trash can outside that is constantly overflowing everytime I come. Came on a Sunday, you would think because of Sunday night football the grease in the fryers would have been changed that morning. French fries were dark and soggy, chicken was good and sauced well. Had 6 people working on the line but you wouldn't have known that by how slow they are
This location needs to be retrained.
Dj and the whole crew tonight were amazing! Very nice! Made sure to keep us updated on the wait time! He and his crew were absolute rockstars! They were busy with online/call in orders and they kept a smile on their face! I’ll definitely be back just because they were so amazing!
You know this place is bad when you walk in, as a customer, and the District Manager doesn't even greet you or ask for a moment until they address you. For context, no one was in line, no phones ringing, three people at the registers including the District Manager. We waited a few minutes and then walked out and purchased from a business that acknowledges paying customers.
