Ordered dry rub tenders , very over spiced. Not spicy but over spiced. The dry rub was exaggerated on the tenders, inedible. Fountain machine had no flavors left other than diet or sugar free drinks. Store didn't close for another 2.5 hours . It was disappointing. Friday around 930 pm I understand if they would have been busy but there was no line when I got there, I placed my order online . When I got there I saw 4 employees . Maybe the drink machine issue is not very good planning from the manager if syrup was the issue, not sure. Just disappointing meal over all
I asked for EXTRA COOK TIME FOR THE CHICKEN, the chicken was soggy. Funny thing is... If you all stopped allowing your teenage employees to sit and chat with each other about things that have nothing to do with helping a customer or getting the order done correctly, just maybe the order would have been right. Also, When I did go in there the ones running the counter didnt even give a crap and was rude turned their backs on me and continued to chit chat with each other. Please teach them RESPECT AND TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROPERLY, THE OBVIOUSLY LACK IT. WE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ONE AGAIN SADLY! Wish I could get a Refund back. My kids and husband didn't touch the soggy dang Chicken. Ugh waste of money. Smh spent basically $60 and the service was crappy and the food nasty. Wasn't even cooked properly.
My food was cold as if it’d been sitting out for hours. Nothing was fresh at all and my soda was watered down from the ice sitting and melting. The wait was not long at all so that’s why I’m confused on why I got cold food. Overall never order for delivery you’re better off going in stores if you want hot and fresh food
I went to Wing Stop because they were offering 5 free wings. Despite the crowd, the service was quick and friendly. Kudos for handling so many custmers with friendliness and and smile on your face!
Their lemon pepper seasoning was sensational! The crisp citrus flavor brought a refreshing taste to the savory wings. I have tried many different lemon pepper seasonings, but none stood out as good as this!
The Cajun Fried Corn was a unique side dish. I liked it! The Cajun seasoning was spicy enough to leave a warm burn on my lips and tongue, but not so spicy it upset my stomach.

The wings and fries were delicious. We had the mild, Hawaiian, sweet Korean. We did also order the hottest wings they have the Atomic. Stay away the sauce smell is terrible.
The restaurant was clean tables and floors.
Reason for my rating was there were several associates in the kitchen most of them cleaning a spill and two handling the food. At one time one of the two handling the food helped move the fryer and when he was done served our food. That's the only thing that felt unsanitary.
The food was delicious and hot and the staff was friendly. Jackie served me and she was fantastic with a big smile!
We went in and were immediately greeted by Matt with such enthusiasm, it felt like we've known each other for years!! That alone was worth the visit!
Not only was he friendly, he was so informative on the time in which we were to expect our food.
He was vocal with his staff in letting them know they were doing an excellent job, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their day!
Matts warm welcome was distributed to every single customer who came through that door which is absolutely a joy to experience!!
The overall upkeep of the restaurant was top tier, it was SO clean!
I will say I was underwhelmed by the flavours of the wings, but they were still enjoyable and perfectly cooked.
I think the combined experience (food, service, atmosphere) was well worth the visit and I will return!!

Called this restaurant today , which is Super Bowl Sunday And was told to call back at 5:30 to catch up on orders. Called at 5:33 and was placed on hold. Once back on the phone, she told me they were no longer taking walk-ins or call in orders until after five 530 and then you would call to see if they could take your order. When I mentioned that it was after 530 she hung up on me. I understand that they are busy, but that is no reason to be rude and hang up on a customer. Won’t be going back or calling back!!
