Waited 20 mins for food after ordering; then the fries were burnt and the boneless wings were dry. The crew was arguing loudly and about to throw hands in the kitchen. Cost was too high for such disgusting food. Will not visit again.
First time to wingstop and even though the reviews worried me, it was a good experience. Mostly because Jada was super helpful and accommodating - I had ordered wings I thought I could share with my toddler, but when they were too spicy for her liking I went up to order her plain wings. Jada was super accommodating and promised them within 5 minutes as she walked back to the kitchen to expedite my order - and not any longer than I got back to my table and had started cooling off some fries for my toddler to eat in the meantime, Jada was walking over with a box full of plain chicken fresh for my daughter. I was so thankful for her taking care of us in that way! Both ladies who helped us at the counter were super nice and made our experience more than just our yummy wings.
My husband and I regularly eat at this location and have come to our wits end. Tonight is one of numerous experiences of which we were straight up not given portions of our food. We have been left without the drinks we purchased, sides of fries, and ranch on multiple occasions. Doordash is no help, as they say it is Wingstop's issue. Though attempting to contact them from various browsers, the website is having an input glitch. So, here I am attempting to get into contact with someone regarding my refund for my incomplete order.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. horrible, superslow they have no idea how long your order is going to be. Kept telling everyone 10 to 15 min. Waited 45 min after designated time. With that this was Friday night. So....
Order was supposed Tobe ready by 5:19 @ the latest. Received it at 5:39. Fries were cold. I could see workers dancing, horseplaying, headphones on wandering around, standing just going through phones. Two workers came from around the counter to sit where the customers are saying there's to many workers. Who was in charge? I waited all that time for the fries to be old & cold. Tell me not to return without telling me. I got the message loud and clear.
Said order would be ready in 30 minutes. Showed up 35min later to pick up my order. Waited for an additional 35 minutes for my food. Staff is worthless. I really hope the manager of the store sees these reviews and does something about it.
This one hands down the worst experience I have ever had a fast food restaurant. How this place is in business I have no idea. Of the 5 patrons that were in the store, everyone of us had wrong orders. I, myself had to explain my common order to the cashier, scratch that, CASHIERS, as they had multiple people try and take an order of 24 wings, 4 separate times. Only to rush out of that dumpster fire with WRONG ORDER MYSELF. I know that is my fault for not checking before I left the store but honestly to be able to convey to the kids working there that it was wrong was not worth another minute of my time. I would not recommend this establishment to ANYONE!
The only one working was the young lady upfront. Waited 35 minutes plus people who called in and door dashers having to wait way past the time the were told to come. While the cook crew did nothing but lean on the counter way in the back talking and joking around. If they worked as much as they talked and messed around people would actually get their orders. I'd fire the whole crew except for the young lady in the front.
