I ordered from DoorDash the food was horrible fries are very under cooked the boneless wings are like chicken nuggets this was a horrible experience an it’s not the first it’s happened
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the food, it’s always been great! However, I’ve had way too many experiences with the workers being lazy. They open at 11am, and are already ignoring and hanging up the phone at 11:14am. No answer after 2 phone calls, and the third one got hung up on. I’m not sure how they expect to keep business when they ignore customers. I’ve worked in restaurants, you at least answer the phone with “ hi im sorry we’re busy right now, ill have to put you on a brief hold”
Ordered 10 bone in wings which are supposed to be mixed dummies and flats. They gave me 3 drummies and 7 flats. Not 4 and 6, not 5 and 5, they have be 3 drummies and 7 flats!
The service was a little slow but the wings were outstanding. I tried the original hot which had a kick but they weren’t nearly as hot as the staff made me think they’d be. I love spice though so maybe for some, they would be legit hot. The location is convenient too which made for an enjoyable meal.
I ordered 2 dinners. $41. I asked for flats on the mild they said I had to get mixed or all the order the same. I got mixed they gave me 2 flats out of 15. Not mixed. They were so over cooked I threw most of them away. I asked for one of the fries no season and the other regular. They have no spice on either (usually love wings top fries, not today) waste of money!
My food was absolutely fresh and hot. Packaged nicely. Lots of sauce on my wings. I ordered ahead on the app. Only had to wait a couple of minutes. The store was exceptionally clean.

Don't ever eat here it always takes forever to get your food. I decided to do a in-store instead of mobile order and the guy at the cash register tried to charge me $10 for a large fry which is $5 and change through carryout with taxes
Ordered food through the website so I’m not sure of what exactly goes on the wings. I called upon placing my order to see if they could sub one of the sauces to hot since I have a dairy allergy. Knowingly telling the lady right after I placed my order she checked my order before it was even cooked. Then I received my delivery and cheese on one of the wings. Called and the lady told me “she couldn’t do anything because I placed it online.” I literally told her before anything was cooked that I had an dairy allergy. Also that the manager only spoke Spanish. Worse Wingstop ever!!! My food was super cold when I got it. And I’m not even half a mile away from the store ????????
