Takes too long. Came to pick up my order someone told me to wait 2 minutes waited well over 15 minutes then asked about my order again. Turns out it was sitting out the whole time and no one bothered to check and see if it was mine. Do better at checking on orders who order ahead of time than focusing on customers coming in and out the door. Turns out online ordering isn’t faster.
I come here every so often, so I do enjoy it enough to keep coming back. For the most part, the food has been good. Once or twice I’ve gotten some dried out chicken, but otherwise it’s good.
My biggest complaint is the price. I normally order a chicken sandwhich because it’s most affordable. I just ordered a small (6piece) combo because I was at home and looked on here for the menu. The menu showed it as $8/9….. I ended up paying $16.
Sooooo overpriced for a one person meal. I see why I normally get the sandwhich now…

Jackie gonzales employee from adress: 791 Palm Avenue unit 102 imperial beach, CA 91932 has been treating my lady and I very rude every time we attend this location. We been coming here for years and always had a good experience. One time she did not let us eat at the restaurant because it was 45 min to be closed but she left the customer right behind us stay and eat. We couldn’t believe it. One time she did not let my lady grab a drink from the machine and she has a condition emotional distress and more. This time I called the store to order my food and she answer the call, she said 15 min. At the time I got there in 30 min she said she didn’t proceed with the order because my lady called like 10 times. Of course the phone was not been answered. I don’t know what to do if I should stop coming to my years location and imperial beach or who do I need to talk to and resolve this issue. I don’t she comfortable when I see this employee because she is rude.
Well there’s something’ scandalous going on at the IB wing stop . Yesterday I purchased the 20 boneless meal deal. The food was delicious like always ????..
well I used my debit card to pay , at this point everything was fine the money was taken out of my account’ I was happy with the service the lady at the register Jacqueline was very friendly.
Now today 10/27/24 an extra charge of 45.00 was put on my debit card . Got me thinking, was this an inside job by someone at the wing stop or did someone put a card reader on the card machine?. So anyway I’m out 45.00 dollars. The fraud department at my bank had to cancel my card so now I can’t use my card for 7-10 days. I’m very disappointed with wing stop because I’m not sure if I can trust them , how did this happen.
So please if you go to wing stop in iB beware!! . You could get ripped off
There’s a guy name Esteban. Who barely speaks English. He wouldn’t give me a refund even though he messed up my order. They truly need to fire this guy.
The food was the best part of this experience. When the food finally did come out about 40 minutes later , it was delicious. There was a girl who was working at the front and she was so disrespectful to her male co-worker. She was cussing and yelling and had no care in the world if any customers were hearing what was going on. It was honestly so uncomfortable. I think some basic training would be really valuable.
Slow as hell. It doesn't take 30 minutes to make wings man.
15 min wait turned into over 30. With no clear answer of what was taking so long. When asked staff just said sorry they are not letting me ask? But the staff is chilling eating their dinner while I wait for mine.
Something is off with the way they serve the customer.
Ok I should have verified my order before walking out. 20 piece order with fries came out as a 8 piece. Please fire your team and start over
