Found a little cockroach on my dressing dip. Also, the chicken was not fully cooked. It was still raw from inside. Found more cockroaches ???? in the food too.. I will never buy food from this place again… will be calling the food and health department .. this is not right…????????????????????????
I’ve tried to give this Wingstop on Little York and 59 North more a few chances . The last three times a went to get my food the staff are handing the food with no gloves or with respect. The girls are joking thinking it’s a game . Wait times are long and the food is never prepared correctly. The wings I ordered had little to no sauce (might as well been plane chicken) . I’ve slowly stopped going to Wingstop due to the lack of quality I’ve been getting. I will not be going back to this Wingstop . Stay away from this spot . Go to Buffalo Wild Wings or Pluckers . You’ll get better food for sure . It’s sad because Wingstop used to be my favorite wings . Not anymore.
I recently visited this place and I have to say, the fries were quite disappointing. They were mediocre at best, and to make matters worse, half of them were burnt. It was a real letdown, especially considering that I'm a big fan of good fries.
However, I must admit that the wings saved the day. They were actually really good, and I was pleasantly surprised. The wings had the perfect amount of sauce, and they even added a little extra, which was just to my liking. If you're a fan of wings, I highly recommend trying the mango habanero flavor. It's a real winner!
One thing to keep in mind is that this place tends to get very busy in the afternoons. I made a mobile order, thinking it would save me time, but I ended up waiting a total of 45 minutes to an hour before my order was ready. It was quite frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend coming here during peak hours if you can avoid it.
On a positive note, I must say that this location is clean. The tables and the floor are well-maintained, which is always a plus. However, the customer service can be quite slow. They tend to make you wait longer than the estimated time they give you, whether you order online or over the phone. Even when I arrived at the restaurant, I still had to wait an extra 15-30 minutes. It's quite inconvenient, to say the least.
If you do decide to order from here, I recommend submitting a mobile order well ahead of time. It may take longer than expected, but at least you'll have some peace of mind and save yourself from the frustration of waiting around. All things considered, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this location. It was just alright for me, apart from the excessive wait time.
Experience was okay. I ordered over the phone and spoke with Adam, after the 25 min wait my order way incorrect. No biggie but it took 5-10 mins to get my refund. Guys have to do better with listening skills!
The table was dirty, the floor was dirty, they only had a roll of paper towels. The service wasn’t friendly it just seemed like they hated their job which is understandable. However, when you add everything you’ve experienced in the last few minutes of you being there you start to wonder how the food is made. Surprisingly though the chicken was juicy other than that i didn’t like it.
Everything was good. The young lady that attended me was very kind and very sweet and very patient. They had a new corn on the cob I tried, and it was delicious, tender, licking good.
Order a 15-piece meal sent thirty dollars get home and i didn't live near but sometimes i use that route on the way home. However, my wings were supposed to be 10bbq and 5hot get home the wings were naked no sauce at all one of the worse experiences i called and called for an hour finally i was able to speak with Christan the manager he was kind but told me at 10pm that i would have to bring the wings back into their facility in order to get them replaced at 10pm these wings were not doable to eat , this was disappointing. After speaking with Maribelle she will replace my order for the inconvenience. Thank you
forgot to give me ranch when I asked 2 times to make sure they gave me some but they didn’t , also no napkins were served in the bag and the Dr Pepper taste like WATERRRRRRRR
