I placed an online order. My husband went to pick it up and they said they never received the order, even though we had proof. He is still there waiting for chicken and missed the end of the World Series. This WING STOP is awful and the Crenshaw community deserves better, they are HORRIBLE with service and waste people’s valuable time. Never going here again. What an inconvenience. They simply don’t care and the work ethic is garbage. Get someone to manage the store with some pride. Do a training, something.
I bought three chicken sandwich combos and an all in value combo . I ordered over the phone and waited 15 min to pick up my orfer. Upon arrival my order was not ready still had to wait 15-20 mins for my order! When I made it home all three of my fries are black, soggy , and old. I call the store immediately ask for the manager. A worker by the name of Christina lied like she was the manager! Didn’t have any concern for the customer! Calling in an order is worthless and speaking with a manger to address an issue is a joke!!!! Go to any other wingstop besides this one. They have bad attitudes and customer service. I will be following up with corporate.

The food , the only thing that is good is the chicken tenders. First of all, when I ordered boneless wings they gave me bone in and I hate the bone in because they don't even do it right, but it wasn't my fault for not checking on the spot and I just checked it at home and there was no point in going back so I just ate it like that but it was UNAPPETIZING. If you look at the chicken wing that they give you, it looks like they just dumped the sauce on it. When I ordered barbecue wings, the wings weren't fully coated and they were completely tasteless. They don't even seem seasoned with salt and pepper. When I order a Korean BBQ, first of all, where's the barbecue? There was no barbecue on that chicken. And everything comes with fries. Their fries are disgusting. It's always a miss because the fries are either unsalted or too salty and the texture is like so off. Like I don't even know how you get that type of texture for french fries. Like what the heck!?! The service. They are very unaccommodating, like smile. At least if I'm going to come up to you like damn. Why are you mad why you giving me attitude if I'm ordering some chicken tenders like my orders don't even be that big. So I don't know what you mad for like girl be so for real. I want to say I would never go back there again but it's the closest Wingstop to my house and the chicken tenders are pretty good they are pretty crispy but the only problem is that they're so salty like girl. You trying to give me high blood pressure? What the freak.. but anyways I hope y'all find this helpful. Yeah bye.

The wings were great and the staff service was really friendly and quick/helpful. Give these guys a raise!
I’m so happy to eat my wings & there no dipping how do I supposed to in joy my meal now. I call to & got no response from the manager.
Busy as hell the closer it gets to closing. I saw at least 20 pickup and delivery orders when I went in to get mine. Not all wingstop locations ACTUALLY cook the wings and fries welll done/extra crispy. This place definitely does, and my order was bagged carefully at neatly, no sauce or grease leaking from the bag onto my carseats!
