Worst customer service 1 out 2 customers in the store ordered at 9:18 to be exact got our food at 10:11. All employees on their phone while 2 other employees not on shift walked to the back for free food! Do better
First time ever trying Wingstop and I really liked the wings but the fries not so much. I did take out but by the time I got home less than ten minutes later, the fries were cold, which is fine for the drive home I suppose, but they were soggy which made them un enjoyable to eat. Might got for the veggies on the side next time!
The wings though were excellent. I got the Hawaiian sauce and Parmesan Garlic. I got the ten piece meal which comes with a drink as well. It’s the perfect amount for a dinner meal.
You can order through DoorDash as well for pickup or delivery so it’s nice they have options for people who live close by. Plenty of parking in the shared lot.
I just wanted to say thank you to the worker named Sean, it was boiling hot outside all day today and altogether just having a bad day and I came in to pick up an order and he was just so kind. This gentleman gave me a drink on the house, I know this gesture is small but it it was random act of kindness. It’s hard to find good hearted people let alone great service. I saw him handling the registers and being attentive to each and every customer. I hope that he doesn’t get in trouble for it or if this is Sean thank you:! ????
Update: 26MAR2022, this place always misses the mark. We decided to try again.. and yet again our order is missing something. I am missing the voodoo fries. I don't understand why this operation finds it so hard to complete an order.
16OCT2021 I ordered wings online and half my order was missing. When called they tried to lie that I didn't place my order here.. I spent $85, I expect to get my full order. Customer service is terrible as I called multiple times before they even bothered to answer the phone. Lost a customer.
I've never had an issue with this restaurant. The wings are delicious, and the staff is great only reason I put four stars is because of one employee I don't remember his name. Other than that. Great service!
Great food. Open during COVID19. Need Mask to enter. The guys that work at this location specially the team that was working today 07/15/2020 at 12:10 pm. They were awesome guys helping everyone with great energy and compassion. Thank you #MOODY360TV recommended for sure ????????
Really grossed out by the wings that we got. This is the second time we received wings with feathers on them. It’s almost like they don’t care about the quality of the food that they prepare. We tried giving them a second chance after many months and the exact same problem occurred this time. I love wings but places like this makes me never want to eat wings again. How gross to bite in to a wing covered in feathers hidden with sauce!! NOT ONCE BUT TWICE….
Your staff is always kind and nice but your manager Alison is so.ething else rude af and it's not the first time I had a bad experience but today she was way out of hand I bought a large ranch and large veggies and gave me 4 ranchs instead and I said I was going to need more cuz that wasn't the same as a large cup of ranch and she said no that any other ranch was going to be extra so I asked for a refund and left going to west hills now

The way they cook on the wings are good, I may say "well-done", I like it
Next time though that don't put too much salt. These ones that I ordered was too salty for my taste, I still like them though (lemon pepper)
The fries are good.
