I would rate a ZERO if I could! They never fail to disappoint. They took way longer than the approximate time. I got there and the screen showed my order was ready but I still had to wait a while for it didn’t get my order until 8:27. The soda machine had no ice and it was very messy! When I got home I opened my order and it was the worst! The amount of fries was sad and how dry my wings and fries were made me even more upset. Just a complete waste of my time and money! Please don’t go here unless you want to be extremely dissatisfied. I will continue to drive to the Garland location even when I live 3min away from this location!
We went today and this is what they served me. Why would yall think anyone would want to eat from this. I took out my wings and placed them on napkins all the seasoning is gone due to them being flooded in its own grease. They take forever to get your order and when you get it it’s either over cooked or too greasy..
Lady in counter with not good attitude, all bathroom full of water and hallway looks duty and soda machine touch screen almost not working. Food take it 25 minutes. The lady put the fries to the friyer 15 minutes after that we ordered. So disappointed.
Love Wingstop never fails. But this location is a shame to the franchise and I feel for the franchisee owner or corporate. I ordered my order hadn’t been even started to cook after 40+ minutes after submitting my order. Very simple 15 boneless combo. The ones I really felt bad for where the 5 people waiting in for who knows how long. This location needs to be reviewed or new management. Can’t do this Wingstop.
One of the best operated Wingstop stores. The staff was very cordial and greeted me upon entering. The restaurant looks quiet new and is very clean, each table is cleaned after a client leaves. The food was tasty and the portion size large enough to fill a person. I had the boneless thighs and fried corn. The rolls were just ok, hopefully they get improved soon. The blue cheese dip was very tasty

The girl at the cashier moves like molasses. No urgency to go anywhere or do anything.
But maybe it me.
I thought this was fast food.
Nope.????
Over salty food.
My husband said if you eat here order extra ranch and drown everything in it.
Ranch dilutes the salt.
Food Served cold.
Not worth the price.
Save your money there are better places to eat in the plaza.

I placed an online order for delivery from Wingstop, and the experience was very disappointing. My order arrived without the dipping sauce I paid for. When I called Wingstop to address the issue, the staff and manager were incredibly rude. They claimed there was nothing they could do on their end and told me to contact DoorDash instead.
What made it worse was their attitude—they kept talking over me, refused to listen, and even hung up on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable. A simple issue could have been resolved with better communication and professionalism. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Always late but never busy, and always messing up orders.
If you pick up your order, do not leave the counter without checking. I had some 5 dollars of sauces and fries extras missing from this last order, and it's always something.
Will not be ordering from here again.
