Best WLM Reviews
Ordered online, came to pick it up, they said 5 more minutes. Then they said something had to be "redone" so we waited an additional 20 minutes while all our other food got cold. They didn't even remake the fries. Then we get home, and it looks like the fries were fry bits from the bottom of the bag. I just want my $65 back, we couldn't eat any of it.
Second time here - they are slower molasses here. Sweet Jesus! It's the day of the men's NCAA finals and there's 2 old people in the kitchen lmao no rush or urgency whatsoever. I waited over an hour to get the food. Where's the teenagers?? Obviously it was not fresh and hot.
Doordashers were cussing and everything. Crazy!
Pros:
1. The food was cooked and seasoned just right.
Cons:
1. The restaurant was dirty and I was wondering when the last time it had actually been cleaned. Windows, counter, floor, drink machine, etc. were all filthy. If the front was so dirty, I wonder how clean the kitchen/food prep areas were.
2. Blue cheese dip was lacking in the blue cheese department.
Wingstop is delicious so we'll be back... hopefully to a cleaner restaurant with more employees.
I’ve tried to give this restaurant many chances. The workers are hardworking but they seem so swamped and mad every time I go in. A new person will walk through the door and they will huff and puff and roll their eyes. They don’t wear gloves, EVER, and they cuss like sailors, no matter who can hear them. They talk to people like dogs. This store needs a deep clean, fresh management or it just needs to be shut down for good.
Walking into this Wingstop, I was greeted by the kind of chaos that could only be described as the fast food version of a poorly managed rush-hour train. While not overtly rude, the staff didn’t seem particularly interested in the finer art of customer service, or in my case, getting the order right. The staff, who seemed overwhelmed to the point of dysfunction, were literally turning people away at the door, warning that it’d be at least an hour before they could even hope to see their food. The hustle behind the counter was visible, but it didn't translate to accuracy. Instead, I was left to decipher a tray of wings that seemed like an abstract artist’s take on what I actually asked for.
Let’s talk about the food. If you’re someone who enjoys nuance in spice, subtle layers of heat, and balanced flavors—well, this isn’t your joint. These wings come with a heavy-handed approach to seasoning. Expect your palate to be assaulted by a barrage of spice that aims more for bravado than culinary balance. Subtlety, it seems, was left in the kitchen.
Now, about the logistics. No trash cans in the dining area? Really? In a place that demands you roll up your sleeves and dive into a pile of wings, leaving me with sticky fingers and nowhere to dispose of the aftermath is, frankly, a rookie mistake. Add to that the frenetic energy, the somewhat indifferent staff, and the general air of being just too busy to care, and you’ve got an experience that’s more about survival than satisfaction.
In short: if you’re prepared to be scorched by spice, navigate a potentially incorrect order, and leave with a pile of bones and nowhere to put them, Wingstop might just be your thing. Otherwise, perhaps a more curated wing experience is in order.
We had gone ordered Wingstop online and when we had gotten there to pick up the order it was not ready when it said that it was supposed to be. We waited 45 minutes for what apparently only takes 8 mins to cook. Not happy with the service and will no longer be ordering from here again. If I need wings from now on, we will be going to Buffalo Wild Wings. Hopefully no one else has the experience that we had. Wingstop, do better.
Listen guys and girls, Wingstop ISN'T the place to go if you want to sit down and eat. Wingstop ISN'T the place to go for a culinary masterpiece. It ISN'T the place to go for friendly service. Once you get that out of your mind, you can enjoy it.
Wingstop is the place to grab wings on the way home. To take to your family for movie night or the game. It’s convenient. It’s within 10min of the time you schedule the pickup. They are busy. They are understaffed. They don’t have enough equipment to handle the orders they get.
It’s a constant stream of Uber eats, grub hub, and call ins. Yes, you might have to wait. Yes, it might not be on time. But you know what?? They are doing their best and you can tell.
I had to wait an “extra” 8min for my order. I was hailed with apologies and “it’s been crazy”-ies.
Get the mango-habenoaro and Louisiana rub and enjoy the wait. It’s worth it.
Placed an order, needed it canceled cause we placed it in one state and it sent it to a different one. Called IMMEDIATELY after placing, and called off of 3 phones for 10 minutes before getting a answer for them to HANGUP and then we continue calling for another 5-10 minutes before getting another answer for them to tell us they can’t cancel our order and that it’s not their fault or anything they can handle. So will not be ordering from any wingstop again if they can’t help someone who clearly wanted food from their establishment. Never again. Very disappointed. ????????
I ordered Wingstop over Doordash and they taken over an hour to fulfil my order and still waiting. All I ordered was a 10pc and fry. As I type this review, I have went through 3 Dashers in the process of this, two of them gave up and left waiting. This is mediocre and I know they can do better. I would demand a refund but it's nearly impossible with Wingstop. Stop charging people money if you can not fufil orders in a timley manner. I am beyond dissapointed.
