This location is the best one in Round Rock. The young lady named Dani was super friendly and very welcoming. My food was hot and delicious. I absolutely don’t mind waiting for my food to be prepared properly. I don’t understand why so many dumb people complain about a long wait time for their food to be deep fried. The food here is made to order. If they want chicken in a hurry then they can go to Popeyes where food has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours ????
Went to Wingstop on my lunch, there was one person in front of me and no one else in the lobby when I ordered. The store is short staffed so I feel for the female employee working there by herself until the other employee showed up. I ordered a Chicken Sandwhich combo and didn’t even ask for a rub on the sandwhich. It took my entire lunch for me to get the actual food, so 30 minutes for a chicken sandwhich, which was actually just the chicken and bun because it was completely dry. I’m overall just disappointed with the service, last time I stop at a Wingstop.
Overall good experience. The boneless wings are smaller than the last time I visited a wing stop but that was also two years ago. They made up the difference with fries which I’m ok with since they are awesome when combined with the ranch.
Hey! I always ordered cajun dried seasoning classic it was always right but today it's NOT cajun. Do you sometime do whatever thinking customer weren't know the different? Don't you double check your customer's order if they are correct??? You ruined my Friday!
Took 4 hours to deliver, live 10 minutes away from store location.
Never order online through Wingstop. Order through door dash or whoever, that way at least you don't have to call the store when they decide not to answer as well as the driver. This is the third time my order was never delivered when it said it was delivered. I don't understand why I put an address, text, or call(driver doesn't answer or get hung up on) the driver to help deliver the order to the right place if it doesn't get delivered.
The restrooms here are minimal. They nood better napkins too.
Was eating my fries and came across this !!! Ewwwwww, This really just ruins ur whole appetite. They offered to make a fresh batch of fries but I’m not about to waste my gas to go pick up replacement fries because they messed up my food. Its super hard on the end I can’t even tell what the hell it is, it’s just gross.
