The wings were bomb as usual
This location is always a hot mess. The wait is always long. The soda machine had no carbonation so it’s either punch, lemonade, and unsweetened tea. No sweet tea. It’s only 8pm. Get it together or people will eventually avoid this location at all costs.
i mainly come here for the fries and when i do, they are always fresh! i love being able to use the app and when i order my fries, they dont start making them until i get there that way they dont get soggy and i absolutely love that! the staff there is always so friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. this place is awesome!
Had a bad experience last night. Ordered off the app and the app said it would be at most 53 minutes for the order to be ready. I gave them an hour, then showed up, the gentleman up front said another 7 minutes waited 10 they still weren't done. Waited another 10 minutes till I received the order. Other folks who ordered were before us were picking up no problem. My wife brought it up and they said they were behind and short staffed which is why I gave them an hour more. No apologies were given and we had to ask for a comp. But when we got our order they decided to just dump ranch in our bag. I respected their time but there were 5 people that I saw in the back. Respect peoples time is all I ask.
Got their special offer of boneless wings. I asked for unflavored because l wanted to taste the chicken. What actually arrived was lumps of tasteless something that might have been chicken, now l know why they have so many flavors, its to add at least some flavor to their "chicken" that doesn't have any.
I just bit into raw chicken in the middle. I understand it was only a takeout order but I swallowed a lot. I hope not to get ill.
Order was on time. Clean atmosphere, friendly service. Food was delicious.
Wings looked old and tasted horrible! “Food” ended in the trash.
