Claudia, claudia. Claudia........Soon as i was about to give this location a good review finally due to how good fries are today, I looked at my emitre order then was disappointed once again! Here it is 9.27.24 at 4pm working from home so ordered delivery online. Left good tip and all. I even called soon as I placed order to confirm and verify the slight wing modification would be adjusted flavor wise, after being placed on hold so she can inform the cook.my order was still made incorrectly upon delivery and the wings look sick. I called store to see what can be done..asked for manager the young man put a "shift lead' on phone which then gave phone to manager upon me not being satisfied with his option. The manager then gets on phone saying she can offer me 10% or I can bring food back uneaten to get it replaced. Now if this manager Claudia is stuck on stupid but if I say on the phone that I'm working remotely and can't come to the location to bring food back.she expects me to continue being hungry, not touching any of food and wait till I'm able to bring it back?!!! Omg these fast food workers have became so incompetent!
Many mess ups here before but I'm done with this location after this today, I rather drive to a new different location when time allows!
If I could rate the location, zero stars I would. They were taking An unusually long time to prepare my DoorDash order. Even my Dasher said he had been waiting for over half an hour. I decided to call the store, This rude employee says And rushes me to take up the issue with DoorDash, He proceeded to hang up in my face, and then I saw that my Dasher received my food. Never have I been so appalled at how rudely I was treated. Do better.
no trash cans , timing is not accurate . and refuses to refund me after they messed up my order that took them 40 mins to make. i asked for a 6pc boneless half korean bbq and half lemon pepper and came back with 6pc bone in original hot.
Went on the night of the tyson fight to pick up our online order and waited for over 30 minutes for our food to be ready only to find out that it had just been sitting for over 30 minutes..???? Needless to say, the food was cold, and they didn't even offer to fix us fresh food. The order was also WRONG!!
I ordered 20 piece lemon pepper. I paid additional money for all flats. I arrived to pick up my order about 4 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. Before I left the store I checked my order and there were a few drumsticks thrown in in place of the all flats that I paid additional money for. In addition to my order not being correct the wings had been sitting for a while and had very little of the lemon pepper seasoning on them. I addressed this issue with the manager who quickly remade my order. That is the reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. The first picture I the original order the 2nd is the remade order. If someone is paying $30 for 20 wings the order should be right the first time
Had Wingstop for 3 days straight to test delivery vs in person order. I’ll admit the In person orders were by far better than online delivery. Customer service in person was satisfactory too.
Well, I tried to be understanding and give this place a second shot, but I will be going to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on on when I feel like getting some wings.
The first time I ordered from this location a few weeks ago my order said it would be 18-23 minutes. I went to the store and arrived around 25 minutes from when I ordered, paid, and proceeded to wait another 50 minutes.
That means my order took an hour and 15 minutes. They were very very busy (the pictures I took were from this night) but still, that is an insanely long amount of time and my order estimate should not have been 25 minutes. I did not enjoy standing around waiting for 50 minutes in this loud busy Wingstop. On top of that, one of the flavors of wings I ordered was short like two wings and had one weird kind-of-a-drumstick that had extremely little meat.
Tonight, I decided screw it, I was gonna try again. I placed an order, and ran a quick errand. Figured I would give it a bit of extra time.
50 minutes after I placed my order, I arrived at the Wingstop, went to the register, and the girl began to look for my order... Nowhere to be found. No ticket in the kitchen, no bag with the food in it, nothing. She investigated before printing a new ticket, giving it to the kitchen, and telling me my total. I asked at this point "so they haven't started on it?" And she obviously uncomfortably told me they hadn't. I told her to forget about it and walked out. They weren't busy tonight at all, I was one of like three customers in there. There was maybe 4 tickets on the line. At this point it's clearly incompetence, and on Tuesdays Buffalo Wild Wings has buy one get one traditional wings anyway which is better than 60 cent glorified chicken nuggets.
The over fried the wings . They were too dry. It’s one thing at this place it’s another. Always forget my 2 second fries when I order or the wings are under cooked or over cooked. I think I will take my business to the Crowley wing stop next to Kroger. They’re always good ver there. I think on this location they play too much. A bunch of kids chit chatting or playing loud music not paying attention to orders and customers. I gave them several chances but now I’m done.
