The food was terrible. I always go to wingstop and it’s great, this was my worst experience by far. They took 30 minutes to bring out our food and it was oily soggy and the chicken was sour I don’t recommend this location. They were also playing not like us which had a lot of profanity it also talks about a p3do. Experience was terrible I give

Really great service. Nice people working here which makes all the difference. The food is always solid, and I came in late after a workout just hoping for some protein, with no other real options nearby at that hour, and they were both nice and accommodating in taking my order. Appreciate it!
Wingstop across the street from SMC (Santa Monica College) - I alternate between this one and the one in West LA/Brentwood on Wellesley and Santa Monica Blvd.
I like this location because when I go it’s often leas busy so I get my order quicker! Never ever had an issue with my order here as well…
Since day, one till now, the service has gotten very very bad! Trying to call them on the phone is like trying to pull teeth without novocaine nobody answers so if you place an order online and something is wrong, they won’t pick up! They definitely need to do better get better management because it seems like this place is being run by someone who does not know how customer service works!!! And they always seem to be understaffed there’s no reason that you have 20 people in your lobby, but only three people working!!!
1st. Fries were to over seasoned
2ed. The restrooms were out of services
3rd. The soft drink machine was not working and the ice was also not working and the ice had a wired taste with the drinks
4th. There was no grade visible to so what grade they had
5th. The dinning tables were dirty and sticky.
6th. It smells nasty
I would not recommend the restaurant or come back
This was the most disappointing food I have ever eaten. We paid 117 dollars for disgusting food. The fries were so soggy, the burgers were drenched in sickening sauce drowning out all other flavour and one of the burgers came without buns which we had not asked for. The chicken was awful no crunch and sickeningly drenched in sauce and spice which made me throw up all of the food. Eventually we decided to give all the food to homeless people. Incredible disappointing food I would never come here again save your money.
