Best WLM Reviews
We have been at this location several times for carry out and it’s just very inconsistent. Some times we will get everything we ordered and it tastes amazing! Other times, like recently, they forgot extra ranch that I paid for and didn’t season the fries. We are going to take a break from ordering here and going to support local and go to Luckies. I hope they figure things out soon because when their food and service is good, it’s great!
It may have taken alittle while but the people were awesome last night. I live in Wisconsin and was happy the people delivered great! I was missing 3 tenders and they helped me instantly no problem! I appreciate people like that. Maybe Ohio isn’t half bad after all! Keep it up????
Look I'm not hating on anyone it's probably just my luck tho.. but I ordered a 15 piece wing Saturday and I ended up having the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life.. the wings didn't look raw atleast I didn't notice, but that was the last thing I ate before I got sick so I know it was this place just be cautious is all I am saying.
On 7/6 /24 about 4:50 pm the service was very delayed. At least the cashier offered me a free drink. As I sat there and waited, I watched the kitchen staff, horrific things transpired. They sloshed around without a care, one was in a deep conversation on his phone. Often they had to pull up their pants without washing their hands. As I waited the staff changed. Woo clean hands, nope, none of them washed their hands. They began touching food surfaces without care. So much, one of the new crew sat on the prep table area running his hands through his hair. Food goes on that table!! It seemed as if they were more involved with their relationships than the business. Ultimately disgusted I took my food and left ,to later throw it out.
Went here before the lions game for some wings and cheese fries. Got back to watch the game and it looked like my wings had no sauce on them, ate one and it just tasted like a fried wing. Called the resteraunt and they graciously offered to remake them. Went back in and noticed they were the same. The manager explained the mild sauce is very thin and put a new sauce on at my request. The staff was friendly and professional but don't get the mild sauce, it's litterally like water and doesn't stick to the wings at all.
Love love love !!!!! The manager is amazing! DoorDash gave me someone else’s order and they fixed it for me for free many times I ordered from it it’s always amazing always fresh always right !
Walked in. Two customers in the entire place. Worker seemed annoyed before speaking and said 35 min wait. For deep fried nugs.
Ordered online and picked up 20 bbq wings with fries. I watched the game inside for 2 minutes while they finished my order. Very polite. Food tasted great.
