Came here to pick up an online order. I was asked to wait 5 more miniatures. Waited nearly 20 more. They didn’t apologize for the delay or anything. Plus they forgot to add my sides. No urgency at this location.
I usually don’t have any problems with their service but today was horrible !! My wings were not done at all they were very rubbery and wet and had absolutely no seasoning on them ! I had to put them in my air fryer and I called to file a compliant the worker told me she didn’t believe me !!! Horrible attitude! Don’t work somewhere if you’re going to be NASTY! very much punished , Mansfield location could never ✌????
I love Wingstop but my latest order was a mess. The dressings I paid extra for had spilt in the bag. My parmesan wings had no seasoning, I ordered 2 large fries and got regular sizes, and also ordered
cheese fry that has barely any cheese at all. Just not a good experience.
This location is wild. A few months ago I walked in to pick up my order and they had trap music blaring loud and I kid you not - the lady behind the counter was twerking, luckily with her rear towards the kitchen and not facing me. What the eff was going on in there?! The wings were decent but cold. Fries were overcooked. One time the soda machine was down so I had to take a bottle of soda that was not a flavor I would ever pick. My kid loves this place so we’ve been back but I’m going to start trying other locations in the area and hopefully the service is better and the wait times not as extreme.
Not only did they get my order wrong but I went the next day and the guy didn’t want to give me my coke? He got it ready but put it to the side? Why do that? I believe it was Randy (from my receipt)
Our pickup order on 5/17 was great. On time & made perfectly ???????? craving satisfied.
I ordered food online, came at the time that the site said the food would be ready, got there & was told it’d be another 20 minutes because the online system doesn’t update the time properly. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting on a 3 pc tender meal. Of course the food was fresh & hot…,40 minutes though???? Fix your online time system
This wingstop is understaffed and needs 3 more kitchens because everytime I order I end up waiting over an hour for wings!! Last night was the worst coming in at waiting 2 hours for my order. Only 3 guys working the line. A girl working upfront not doing ANYTHING productive just should have been replaced with another person on the line to speed up production. They even messed up my order and forgot items. They seal the bag so that you think it’s correct, but once I drive 10 minutes home I saw that wings were missing and under-dressed with seasoning. I ordered large fries cooked overdone and it was barely filled halfway and the fries were under cooked soggy and un-appealing. They forgot the veggie sticks I ordered. Ordered large ranch and got 4 small containers of ranch. And someone took away all the tables and sitting areas so was about 20 people inside waiting for their orders. Atleast out in a row of benches damn. As good as wingstop is I’m just going to have to stop ordering from this specific wingstop all together because this one store is so bad.
