I recently had the misfortune of dining at THIS Wing Stop location, and it was an experience I would rather forget. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place was a disaster. First, the location itself is terrible. It's tucked away in a run-down strip mall with barely any parking. The exterior is uninviting, and inside, things only got worse. The atmosphere was dismal, with dim lighting that made it feel more like a cave than a restaurant. The tables were sticky, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely disinterested in doing their jobs. I had to wait almost ten minutes just to place my order, even though there was no one else in line. When I finally got to the counter, the cashier was rude and barely acknowledged me. My order took an absurd amount of time to come out, and when it did, it was wrong. I ordered boneless wings, but received bone-in, and the fries were cold and soggy. To top it off, the wings themselves were awful. They were overcooked, dry, and lacked any real flavor. The sauces, which I had high hopes for, were watery and bland. It was a struggle to finish even a few bites. Overall, this Wing Stop is a complete disaster. Bad location, terrible service, and a depressing atmosphere, combined with inedible food, make it a place I will never visit again. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
We got immediate attention as soon as we walked in, but we ordered 2, 3 pc tender combos lemon pepper was the flavor . We waited about 10-15 mins to receive our meal. Mind you the restaurant is empty and we are the only customers sitting and waiting. The staff was playing rap music very inappropriate. The cashier was just scrolling on her phone. The meal was extremely salty and over seasoned almost to the point of being inedible. This is our second time coming to this location and we will not be back. The meals are very disappointing and a waste of money.
The fries are good enough to make Hi Boy jealous. We usually put them in the air fryer to crisp them up though. Mango habanero burns just right on both ends. ????
Order was supposed to be ready by 9:45. I am STILL standing in line at 10:27 with my food not ready. Your staff is rude. Your service is poor. Do better. Because for the cost of your food people damn sure deserve better service.
Kim was the absolute sweetest! Our order was wrong, and she immediately personally handled remaking our order and offered us drinks while we waited. Definitely coming back.
Food is normally okay. The service/staff is awful and has so much attitude. They always mess up my order somehow, most of the time just not giving me what I ordered and they don’t care to let me know if something is not available. I’m done dealing with this place. It just needs to be closed down since none of the workers know what “customer service” means. Go find a job somewhere else if you’re that unhappy.
I’m upset because all I wanted was a nice cold coke. I work from home. Ordered my son some food and they brought me a nice nasty lemonade. I had my food delivered to me and was told I would need to come in to get a refund and bring the nasty lemonade. Guess I’m lying about getting a lemonade. If I did t get a drink what would I bring?
This place is ridiculous. I ordered my food at 4:20pm, I sat & waited for 1 hour to receive my food, which was 30 wings & 7 piece strips. Never coming here again. All they do is talk & get distracted. I recieved my wings but not my chicken strips.
