The short manager with short hair does not know how to season food please train her. She puts way too much seasoning and wants to act like she did nothing wrong. Completely ruined my food. Corporate needs to investigate what that little girls issue is. Her customer service is horrible and makes faces at you.
HORRIBLE DOORDASH EXPERIENCE! We spent $160 to not get all our food! We called the store to let them know and that our dasher was kind enough to go back and get the missing items. They said the dasher could come back and when he did, they wouldn’t give him our items. Then they proceeded to not answer the phones anymore. Our dasher went above and beyond but Wingstop (12th Street) seriously failed in the customer service department. I worked in food/customer service for 20 years so I know what good service is. They have lost my business.
Not impressed with the time it took to receive food. Placed order and stated it would be ready between 3:01-3:06. Showed up and it was not ready. Had 5 orders still before ours was to be assembled. As of 3:30 still had not received the order. Was given the drink cups I had specifically stated what I wanted and had to fill them up myself. I also spent close to $120.00 for the food for it not to be ready.
I had a 50$ order and yet they forgot two 10 peice Cajun corn plates so I come back to get them and yet I leave and realize they gave me two 5 peice Cajun corn plates smh. So still missing a 10 peice. But it was a Friday so i expected it.. don’t come on a Friday ever.
Way to loud for my taste even though I love sports.. I didn't eat the wings because I got sick along with one of my grandsons (different location). Tried a burger and even though the taste was decent, way too greasy for my taste . So it's a no for me....
This whole store needs an attitude check. What ever happen to the customer is always right.?!
They gave me an empty bag, refuse to give me my dips I paid for. And the “manager” said my only options if I wanted “more free ranch” then my are take a survery or pay for it. ridiculous. It’s ranch. get over it. You act like it comes out of your paycheck ????
Worst overcooked bone in wings I ever had , it probably would have been better had the manager not need to sort out 10 doordash orders because they don't speak English. Very disappointed!!!!!!
The food wasn't the absolute worst. But it wasn't very good either. Especially for that price. And they didn't give my husband his cajun fries he ordered. However the fries he did get, were incredibly soggy and not at all fresh. I thought the chicken was mediocre but my husband ate it all of his meal and I gave most of mine to him as well. And now he has food poisoning. I am also feeling sick but because he ate more than me, his is much worse. He stayed up last night vomiting like crazy and the worst mine has gotten so far, is very sick stomach, thankfully. This is the only thing we ate yesterday that could have caused us this issue. To top it off, this was our first time we ever trying wing stop. We are never coming back.
