Have anyone ever heard of such: I placed an order for 10 classic wings, ALL flats, well done on Thursday, December 12, 2024. I paid an up charge for requesting flats. I went to warm up my wings on my break and saw that I DID NOT have all flats. I contacted the store and a young lady asked me if I had eaten any of it, my answer was no. Then she said for me to bring them back to the restaurant. I informed her that I work on the far east side of Detroit, I was at work, that I work the night shift and would not be able to bring them back. So I'm like, are you saying that I'm going to have to walk around with this chicken until I'm able to return them and she said yes ????????♀️. Now how asinine is this‼️ I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS EVER! I was the one who paid my money and did not get what I asked for. Not to mention, after warming up my food it wasn't even edible because they overcooked them. I have no intention of going back and I plan to tell all of my friends, family, and associates to NOT go to that location‼️‼️
So.. we ordered food online and then called to verify. I asked the name when I went in. They gave me a cup and said to wit a few minutes. After 1 hour i was told they already gave me the food. They said to my friend that I took it and left. Well.. now I'm an hour late to my office and have lower self esteem. No apologies just looking at me like I'm some kind of "opponent". No discount. No free anything. We were told they will "do this for us" this one time. Take responsibilty when you mess up. None of my friends are eaing here.
My first time at a wingstop and with all the YouTube reviews and hype. I said let me try. Ordered the 3 piece plain tenders. Original Buffalo and ranch on the side. The fries were trash. Tenders were hot but over cooked. I love a work environment where the team gets along but you’re at work not on the playground keep the line moving. 13.05$ I won’t be back, good to try though. Front end team were pleasant. Sprite was the best thing about the meal.
First time customer here and I got the Louisiana rub on my wings. It was too spicy for my liking so maybe next time I'll a less spicy flavor. He got the lemon pepper with plain fries and I was able to taste it, was very good. Service was nice, fast and efficient. Everyone wore masks including customers but we weren't required.

Took away a star because the food was subpar, drink machine was practically empty of all the good drink options and they did not season my fries! I ordered seasoned fries with mild wings and even the mild tasted like bbq sauce, absolutely no kick! Apparently their staff changes frequently and I hope things work out or else I'm never coming back to this location.
I'm a white door dasher & I watched the employees be sweet as pie to all other customers but address me differently. It was 5+ minutes before I was even acknowledged & other people were taken care of that came in after me before me. 10 minutes after I arrived I was given a time when to expect my order. Manager you need to check your employees. I'd give negative stars if I could.
They forgot how to make the shit on there menu for 1 2 they didn't listen to me when I placed my order and acted like they got it correct there only saving grace is because the seasoning was amazing which speaks more to the food chain as a whole then the location my advice if you're feeling wing stop go to a different one
Great place to order food from! Staff are friendly and very eager to make sure you have the best service even if mistakes are made, they know how to make it right!! I also have never gotten less wings than what I ordered! Sometimes many more!!
Soo salty, the season rubs on the chicken were just too much and out of proportioned. Whoever prepped it didn't care about the health of the customer.
I just had to throw the food bec. It was not worth eating.. waste of money.
