Today, Sunday, September 15, 2024, the night shift staff at 9:40 treated me rudely and made gestures not suitable for a person who has to work in that position, second mistake, very crispy wings were ordered and they were delivered to me regularly as they make them, not as I asked for them, the potatoes with a lot of salt cannot be eaten, they are not suitable people to work here, they affect the reputation of the company, it's a shame
They gave me the wrong food. Called the store. Had to drive all the way back and bring them back the wrong food for them to remake order. Didn't offer any kind of compensation or voucher for the inconvenience of wasted gas and the completely wrong order. Customer service is always terrible at this store and they get orders wrong more often then not.
Ordered an 8 piece, received a 4 piece with stale fries. Spoke to the manager about the terrible service and was offered only $5 voucher/credit.
Terrible Terrible experience and customer service
Ordered take out and asked for a drink with my meal. The guy at the front counter turned around and scrolled through his phone for 2-3 minutes before getting my drink as I’m standing in front of him. Management seemed to ignore it. I’ve never seen an employee working at a restaurant ignore customers to scroll on their phone right in front of them. Highly disappointed!
The wings were very very small and cold. I asked for a dry rub and it can out wet and when asked they said “that’s how we make it here” and didn’t offer to remake it. The fries were also cold. Wasted my money
Dorkesa was very professional and had a good attitude while working. Food came out quickly and I have definitely seen improvement today as compared to the past. Will definitely return.
All the employees are super friendly and welcoming, the cooks do a SUPERB job, this is the best Wingstop I've had without a doubt!
Just ordered wings and fries. My fries was old so I asked to wait on fresh ones at no rush. Gave me new fries 1 minute later old again ..
