The wings are ok but ever time we ordered here something like this happens. They didn't put the corn in a container so they were just rolling around in the bag and the dips just burst open inside. We've had wings that weren't in a container just rolling around in the bag too. It's always something. The people putting together the to go bags don't know what they're doing.
My son ordered fries and lemon pepper nuggets. The fries was old, cold burnt and soggy. The nuggets was so sour as if a cup of lemon juice was poured on them. The bag was drench in what I'm going to assume is oil.
I went to this location Friday night at 11:07 12/06/24 and was told they was only doing online orders. Because I drive a distance I just placed my order online there at the store. The wait was 45 minutes just to get some chicken that was not freshly made, but re-dropped I work in the food industry so I can tell they re-dropped them because the outside was stringy and hard and the inside was cold. The fries wasn't even hot so those was probably sitting in a bowl. The Louisiana rub was just oil no seasoning. I was highly disappointed in the crew that worked that night. The quality is definitely going down in this location. What's more disappointing is I waited for a while for none fresh food that I ended up throwing away. Will not be back.
First time eating Wingstop. We ordered online on a Friday at about 5:30 pm. Waited about 10 minutes once we arrived. The three ladies working were really nice. Great customer service! We ordered cajun corn, cheese fries, 15 classic wings, 10 boneless wings. My husband had atomic and lemon pepper. He loved the lemon pepper and cajun corn. I had Hawaiian and BBQ. Wasn't really a fan of either. Food was average and served warm. Not fresh. Fries are comparable to fair fries. The windows were filthy and that is about as far as I looked for cleanliness. I did not really look at the kitchen or lobby.
The chicken tenders' quality was akin to that of something you might find at a local county fair. Not terrible. It's just not inherently good. They might have been able to limp by on the sauce. But it just felt like it added oil to it more than anything. I had the mild sauce. I was, however, very impressed by the fries. They did manage to fill me up so as not to make the entire meal a disappointment. Fries 4/5. Also, a guy walked in wearing his wife's slippers. That was weird.
The food here is good. We have ordered delivery for the most part.
Yesterday we did a pick up order and when stepping into the resturant the floors were horrifically dirty, food, trash, some sort of loquid leaking out of a pipe onto the floor. There were about 6 people waiting for their food.
None of the employees were wearing gloves or a hair net.
The staff was friendly however our food was hot. Hopefully they take time to clean up as it's a brand new built food place.
Place a to go order 25 minutes before I got there and ended up waiting an hour for a simple all in bundle. Fries were cold and were very bitter tasting. They also didn’t put the fry’s in a to go box and just had them out in the open inside the bag. They were also cold and soggy. The lemon pepper wings were absolutely disgusting. People were leaving for their long waits while the employees messed around.
Ordered food with promise time of 1150 for work. Did not receive food until 1230 without a sorry or anything for compensation.
Edit - returned to work to see we are missing fries and some of the chicken is just plain
