Visited Wingstop for the first time with friends today and was pleasantly surprised on how flavorful and delicious the food was! The store was spotless, including the bathrooms. Staff was busy, hardworking, and kind! Our food was hot and fresh and came out quickly. I can’t wait to come back again :)
I stopped in for the first time last week for a quick dinner. The service was fast and accurate and the restaurant was well kept.
The fries were really good and the sauce and seasonings that were on the wings were good but the wings themselves were dried out and tasted like they were recooked or something and I feel that the prices are too high for what they give you.
ATROCIOUS service, absolutely baffling. almost 40 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and a 3 piece tender, and they tossed the basket of fries in the bag SIDEWAYS so they were all spilled and crushed. tables were disgusting too. at least the sandwich tastes good. i'd rather stay home and wait an hour for doordash to show up. ????
We got there when it wasn’t busy, we were told the wait was 25 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, people coming in were told the wait was 40 minutes. We waited, and waited. Then, people who were ordering to go and told the 40 minute wait were getting their food before us!! At that point we waited almost an hour for one meal for myself and 7 tenders for a friend. We ordered right after the other and I FINALLY got my food and he still waited an addition 15. Thank GOD the food was good, but the wait was ridiculous. It didn't seem like the staff were keeping track of the order of the tickets, and were goofing off. Ordering ahead next time to hopefully make it easier!
My kids love the wings. It was a shame the service was so, so bad. A bunch of kids just playing around in the kitchen the whole time we were there. When the order came out the kids got their stuff but they forgot my order. Girl took My order again and waited another 20 minutes and nothing. Went up to ask what happened and they didn't even have my order again . The one young man that we saw was the only one working and cleaning the whole time we were there asked me to give him 5 minutes and he would have them for me .( I said ok though at this point I just wanted my money back). He finally got me the wings, he apologized for what happened and I took them home. I won't be back to that store
This place ???? Love when you place a order to go and the apps tells you that the food is already, you come in and they tell you it's not done so you wait another 15 to 20 mins and you see ur food in the bag and no one tells you its done. So you go and grab it and the manager starts cursing and snapping on you.. really professional. And kept on snapping at you till you leave and have all the workers and customers looking at you. The manger should have felt Embarrassed for doing this. Don't like her job, get a new one, that's all I gotta say. I remember when I worked at food place, you always had to be nice to the customers. It's okay, will call tomorrow and talk to an actual manager and have this dealt with. No customer should ever feel this type of way.
I was hesitant to come here because of all the one start reviews. Granted I did put in my order a head of time for pick up. Food was ready when I got there, and was fresh.
Service was very slow. Seems as though to go orders are prioritized over dine in. Definitely won’t return to this location. Don’t recommend stopping unless you want to hang out for an hour or more for “fast” food.
