First Time Visit - My daughter really wanted to try this place. This location is just outside off
Rt. 15 strip mall in front of Costco, where we were heading after.
Food - Good. Service- OK. Atmosphere - OK
I had to ask for them to clean the table - 4 tables with 4 seats. One occupied and other 3 were not clean. Soda area was the same. Something that could easily be addressed at same time as tables. This is a small space.
Food, when delivered to table, the young man did not point out the what is what -
Specifically my daughter ordered seasoned fries (TikTok made her do it ) we could not figure out which one that was, even after tasting them all. When she went to the counter, they just replied they are there but did not assist any further. We were there 4pm on a Saturday, they were steady (mostly online order pickups) but not swapped. My disappointments are minimal, I wish I could give them 5 star and it is likely we will give them one more chance. Hopefully by our next visit management will train the staff about the customer experience which can take this 4 star review to a 5. Our 3 meals - 8 piece combo meals came to $42.51.
Love the wings. But when I picked up my order last night, we were given the wrong order (12 wings) when we ordered 40. We immediately drove back to exchange the order but was still shorted the fries that accompany the orders. The service was not very good especially after giving us the wrong order.
I ordered boneless wings, not popcorn chicken. They counted those two small ones as one each ????
We order wings and fries. The fries were burn and dry and the wings over cook, dry . My first time buying in this place, I don’t recommend it, definitely my first and last time here
BEWARE OF FOOD POISONING! My fiancé and i had severe diarrhea and upset stomach after eating at this location (and morristown's location too). This company's food doesn't seem safe. Stay away!! Shame on this company for not ensuring food safety!! Will be reporting wingstop.
One star is too many. Kids at the registered turned us around at 1020. “We’re about to close, you can order online”
Came here because it said open to late. Today 10:24pm on 07/16/24 the night shift which are all kids said we couldn’t do take out because they were closed. The gentleman said we could order online which didnt make sense as we were physically there to order. Whos the manager here for this night shift. I will be writing to corporate and would like to talk to the manager.
This is my favorite Wingstop location: the workers are always super nice and the food is always fresh and so so so good omg. When I tell you that I ASCEND every time I get boneless wings from this location. 10/10 every time. Their cajun corn is bangin’ too
