Couldn't seal the sauce properly. Stained my cars interior.
Edit i tried the food it's the worst I've ever had at a wingstop. Don't come here
Inadequate sauce AND seasoning (I asked for extra, yet there are pieces of chicken that aren’t even covered in sauce???) I’m kind of confused because this is the 2nd location in San Jose that SUCKS, lmao.
Thank god I got carry out because the “atmosphere” is FLOODED with children. I got boneless wings….. how do you mess up an order that’s basically chicken nuggets and fries??? Does it benefit the worker/store in any way to withhold seasoning??? IF SO, THEN WHY EVEN PUT EXTRA SEASONING AS AN OPTION????
Confused, disappointed, and still hungry because I don’t even want to eat the food I ordered anymore.
THNX. ????
Ariel,The young man working there very respectful, caring, and really about business.made sure I had everything in my order.great service and I came in today around 6:30 pm and all around I watched him treat everyone exactly the same and that to me comes a long way.you guys have a great employee with a great work ethic.
The drinks are always warm and they never have ICE in the soda machine. It’s honestly a waste of my money when I order two drink and can’t even enjoy them with our meal. Next time I will be asking for money back if his happens AGAIN!
Robert is amazing, customer service nothing short of excellent. This man was so nice over the phone and in person. I can say he provided the best customer service I’ve had in such a long time thank you so much Robert!!!
Ordered out on phone. We got a meal deal with boneless wings and tenders. We also got fries and corn. The food was good. On the app you couldn't order sauce on the side, but I was able to ask at the desk. The place was pretty crowded we just sat in the chairs for takeout.
Robert was very friendly and nice . Good customer service . Helped with a better deal than what I wanted to order.
I don't usually visit wingstop because in the past it seemed to take forever to get your order, but this time, the service was great, and I got my order right away! I got the boneless wings. And it seemed like it took about 5 minutes to get my order, and the wings were great!
