I’m still waiting and it’s been long enough that I went to my tuck to get my coffee cup, go to rest room to wash it, get my water and sit for 5. I’d say 15 min wait time. I wish I went to Jimmie John’s next door. You can skate on the floors. Bathroom is nasty. Took too long. By far the worst experience in the food industry I’ve had in Michigan. OSHA please check on this place. It’s in need.
The sanitary conditions were horrible! The workers were coming in and out of the kitchen touching the pop machine and counter using the same gloves they were cooking with. A young man with dreadlocks was standing in the kitchen eating chicken wings while cooking and going back and forth trying to open the door on the pop machine. The workers need to be trained on how to properly handle food so customers don’t get sick!
This is my 4th time eating here. The turnout is about 50%. I placed my order at the counter today and waited about 15-20 min only to be disappointed after driving 3 min to my apartment. The wings were not fresh and the fries were soggy with grease and not edible.
I used to love getting food from here but ever since recently the quality of everything has dropped completely. Every time I order from DoorDash, either my ranch is missing or there’s no Cajun on my fries, even when I request extra. The consistency of the boneless wings is never the same, there’s always a lake of sauce at the bottom of my wing box, and not even the fries are always the same. I have also heard numerous stories from friends that the employees do not wear gloves when preparing the food and im sure that if I went there myself, I would see that this is true as I would expect nothing more. I work at a wing place and I can say that this is truly unacceptable in every way. I definitely will not be ordering from here ever again.
I picked up my bag it had oil all over the outside of it this is how they handed it to me, just presented it disgusting I hope the food is fine, I haven’t looked just kind of shocked seemed like this place is disgusting on the inside like just wow and this is a food establishment, idk health department or osha needs to walk in here for sure
Honest review everytime I order from here something is wrong. It doesn’t taste the way every other location tastes. The store is dirty. The workers are all rude except for this one younger girl. I went there one night and it was like a hangout spot for the workers and their friends. They were coming in and out smoking cigarettes and weed. I had them cancel my order because that is just crazy I couldn’t believe it. I go out of my way to go to any other wingstop around even though this is sadly the closest one to me. I’m reporting this store to the health department.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
I asked the young lady at the register for a new cup because the cup was bent and broken at the top that she was handing me. She replied “it is a new cup” with an attitude, so I told her to look at it and she handed me a new cup. I said “Thank You” no reply. I come back in because my fries are cold the girl at register said “oh my god”, so rude! I put the fries on the counter and she said “what’s the problem” I said my fries are cold. She doesn’t say anything. She tells the older lady in the kitchen cooking that they’re cold. The older lady yells from the back of the kitchen “regular or large”. I can’t hear that well she had to ask 4 times. Never approached the counter. So unprofessional. The young lady at the register said “you can throw them away. I toss the fries. The older lady hands me some fries 45 seconds later colder than the first order of fries with no seasoning. I turn back around and they’re all looking at me crazy. I have never been so frustrated with restaurant service. I ordered all of my food WELL DONE. All of it was SOGGY. I paid extra for all flats and when I got home I couldn’t even eat them because my lemon pepper wings were soaked in butter, there was barely any lemon pepper. The butter leaked down onto my hot wings. So I couldn’t eat those either. I have never received such poor service from this location. The ladies who usually work there are so kind and my food is always fresh and hot. I’ve had one issue ever and it was cold fries and they fried some fresh and replaced it with no issues. The ladies who are working in there now seem to hate their jobs. I did file a complaint. It is sad to say I won’t be returning to this location. I also have to find another meal because my food is inedible which is a major inconvenience.
The chicken is halfway decent, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. The people that work here are rude as heck. Learn from me. Go elsewhere.
