This place is overrated and price gouging, no courtesy for purchasing $25 meal and only receiving one house made ranch dressing for all those wings & fries isn't enough!! Any extra ranch or hot sauce would be an extra $1.79 for a small sauce cup serving!! They don't have the decency to offer more condiments to the dining customers. Plus any single wing orders 6pc, 8pc, 10pc are not posted on their menus only to discover the prices are jacked up the same even without fries and drink...... Pitiful company will downfall if the customer service doesn't get better and as the people discover the price gouging!! Check your receipts and you may wanna fry your own wings & fries at home or visit Buffalo Wild Wings/ Pluckers ????
I went on the 25th, the host Brandon was super friendly and whatever he's making isn't enough. The wings were good but the fries were a mush and limp. First time I went the fries were much better so maybe someones new or they just took em out early but overall a good experience.
I called in my order and was put on hold never came back to phone so I hung up and called back I got thu that time. I told the young man on the phone what I wanted. He said it would take about 25 minutes so I said ok I came in about 20 later. The cashier took my money and said it’s going to take about 10 minutes more. So I said to the cashier okay I will be sitting right over there and pointed to there I would be sitting . So waited for 20 more minutes then I asked the cashier there’s my order he asked me for my name again and I told him he looked around and he found my order! It had been sitting in the window the whole time I was sitting there!! I will never go back. Lost me first and last time..
One of my favorite places for taken out wings. Various choices of wing and fries flavors, as well as spicy levels. Open till late night. Can be order ahead (selected store) via app or phone and pay at the restaurant. Available from combo for individual to family packet. Usually 15-20 minutes wait time, recommending order ahead. Restroom available inside. Nice staffs.
Food is great no complains from me all 5 stars,only issue i have ,but know it is out of their control, is sometimes the boneless wings are the size of an Ant. Service is great people are friendly just that sometimes they do get overwhelmed with call orders,online orders,uber/doordash,and carry outs so you'll end up waiting a while. The atmosphere is nothing to great nor horrible,only complain again,is that the place is to small and the seatings are tight,I've seen people who are on the heavier side struggle to squeeze through to get a refill
Ordered at 5pm to pickup at 6pm. Showed up at 6pm and was told it wasn't ready and to check back in 15 mins. Checked back in 15 mins and it they told me I was in the second row orders. Asked to speak to a manager and had to wait for 15 mins. Asked if my order had been started yet and was told it would be ready in 2 mins. Was done 7 mins later. All told it took an hour and a half for food for two people.
Worst wing stop ever to go to no cup lids trash customer service my food was ready for 30 minutes while i was waiting in fact it was dine in and they never brung my order
I have been to many wing stops across Texas. By far my favorite one is this one. The staff that worked 7/19 around 7 pm were on point. The food was fresh and delicious!
