I placed an order online for pick up. I purchased 20 boneless wings, 5 each with different flavors. All the wings were placed in the same container with no labels indicating which flavor is which. Took us a few minutes to figure out which flavor was each portion. The flavors we had were mild, Cajun, atomic and mango habanero. The flavor outside the meat was good but once you got to the meat inside you can tell it was fake. The season fries were not seasoned at all, very plain. Won’t try here again.
It was my first time here. The front store host behind the register has an attitude for no reason. Doesn’t even know the meaning of customer service? Seems like she was pissed off for working at this restaurant. I mean, if you don’t like your job, simply change it
The wings here were just not good. This was the first time I've been to Wingstop and I was just thoroughly disappointed by both the wings themselves and the sauces. The employees were pretty rude as well for seemingly no reason? The only positive thing I can think of about this location is that they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, but half of the typical options weren't even shown on the screen so I'm assuming that the flavor cartridges or whatever had run out.
I felt the need to write a second review because this Wingstop located at 102-14 Atlantic Ave has gone down hill reaaal bad, and this is the ONLY location in Queens I order from but last year the food was fresh, hot, and tasty, now you order the food is cold-warm, wings taste old, tenders are oily, corn is always cold and flavors for chicken is never there, I can’t tell how many times I order hot honey rub and literally there’s no flavor/sauce on chicken (the Bronx would never) and the food just don’t be sitting right after you eat, the only positive is that they always put my ranch sauce in the bag. Please bring back the old management, cooks from last year cause I’m tired of giving you guys a chance, spending my hard earn money just to get some food that’s going to upset my stomach. As much as me and my son loves Wingstop I won’t be ordering from here anymore ????
Food was bad. it took them 40+ minutes to make it and we were the only people in the restaurant with no delivery waiting, Fries were absolutely disgusting. Not one bit crispy and dry as hell and mad soggy and keep in mind we ate it right after they made it. Forgot my a whole flavor of my wings, Watery ranch even after everyone says the ranch is amazing. Costed me $40 and the only decent thing was the sandwich. Please don’t waste your money people.
I used to buy wings stop in Manhattan it never disappointed. Tried it here 1st time. Will be last. Got 20 wings 4 flavors with fries. Fries were cold, they put all the wings in one box. So my 3 year old couldn't eat it because I got Haberno, and spicy Korean. Her mild was mixed in. I had no clue which was which because there was no label, not even enough sauce. What a rip off. Stay clear.
Went there a few days ago as a 12 year old I though the people were nice respectful because before in line I see a Hispanic family and they were respecting them very kindly when I get up in line the mood changed and it was very moody and so much sighs from the employees this was very disrespectful to me an Asian and as I left the store they were seen laughing
This was my first time eating here just because in social media reels keeps popping up of people eating and it looked good so I wanted to give it a try but this place disappointed. The wings and fries was too salty and I didn’t like their famous sauce. They put too many sauce on the chicken and the fries was cold and soggy so I don’t know if is this place or if it wasn’t worth the hipe overall. Rather just go for Popeyes it will be worth every penny!
