Popped into this newly opened location to pick up some chicken! Great corner appeal, very busy! Had to search for a parking meter. Business is good! Now, let's talk food and service. The service generally speaking was good. I waited around 40 minutes for my food! However, seeing how they overlooked my order, the manager told them to offer me a free meal in addition to what I had paid for. You don't have to ask me twice! Took the order to go, home. The food was good, fresh and seasoned very well. I like the presentation and how they put it in the brown paper bag with your name on it. I understand things happen, therefore I'm still going to give this one a four star. I liked it. Would I go back again? Yes indeed. Enjoy! CAB????
6/19/22- 3 stars is what I see as an average score and they are about average for my experiences at Wing Stops in general. The food experience depends on the sauce you get. Like the level 4 BBQ sauce was not a blend of heat and sweet like it should have been, but was just heat. The best sauces (we tried 4) were the garlic parm. and the Hawaiian. They had an option where you got 20 boneless wings with four different coatings, 2 sauces, and a large fry for $15.99. It was enough food where 2 people could make a meal of it. Also the fries were cold even though you could tell the chicken was fresh by how hot it was. Even though the sit down area wasn't busy, there was a lot of to go orders and we had to wait a long time for our food.
Service is always great! Big shoutout to Carlos, one of their managers. Every time you walk in someone greets you with a positive hello. Food is always tasty and their fries are always crispy. I'm grateful to this location because they always keep me fed!
Don't order delivery, they don't disclose it's through DoorDash. My order never showed, no text or email despite a successful delivery registered on their end. All in all it required driving in to get my order which I already tipped for and getting to eat 2 hours after initially ordering. Clown show. Absolute circus. No fault of the individual store I'm sure but a failing on the company as a whole. Be warned
But for real why are they so slow? There was one person in front of us and we waited over 30 min for our food. Definitely not a “quick lunch” - save your time and go to another restaurant or at least another location.
When we finally got our order the fries were cold and over done (how is that possible since we waited so long??)
Also. Why don’t they have a trash can?????????
This has to be the worst wingstop in the area. Unfortunately it's the closet one to my house. The last 4 times our to go order has been wrong. Missing fries, missing dips, always something with this place. I would order from somewhere else as they can't do their basic job requirements. I'd give 0 Stars if I could.
Spent 30 minutes making my order just to mess it up I appreciate the more expensive things I orderd being the one missing even after you read off my order to me.
Im not sure why they're paying those 4 managers sitting on their lap tops
Amazing service ALL the time! Everyone has the best personality. You can tell they are so busy but always keeping a happy attitude. Such great hard workers.
