Best WLM Reviews
If you want your order on time, don't come to this location. This is the second time I've had to wait almost an hour for my order. And this is arriving 10 minutes after the time I was given online. I won't be returning after this trip. And there's no one ever consistently at the counter. Then after waiting over an hour, they gave my order to another customer and tried to give me something I didn't even order.
No soap in the bathroom, employee left restroom and was unable to wash hands. Ordered 3LP and 3OH and got all original hot. The wait was 30 minutes, so I’m unsure how the order was wrong.
Went yesterday for some wings and some fries. Now I order my fries very particular with extra seasoning and well done and to be honest most stores do either one or the other. Tell me why yesterday I done had the best fries of my life and not only that but the wings were bussin’ too! I go Wingstop on occasion but man that was probably some of the best meals I’ve had all around. S/o to the staff for killing it, y’all earned this one ????????
My family and I came here 2 weeks (August 13) on a Sunday. I believe the person who took our order their name was Landon?? It was a young teenager/college guy with short curly hair, and it was around 2:56pm. when we came to eat
I'm someone's who's very picky with customer service, but this guy was very well spoken, patient, and polite. Though the food did take awhile but it was fresh and hot plus the service was good so I didn't mind at all. Hope that guy is doing well
Who owns this Wingstop? It's the worst I've ever been to. I waited 45 minutes for food and was met with attitude when I politely asked about the holdup. In establishments that give a damn, a manager would step in and offer a free drink, or an explanation at the very least, but not here.
I ordered cajin boneless and bone in which I knew they would be dry because online, there is no choice to make them wet. I asked the wingstop employee if they could get them wet, and they denied my request asking me to pay for the sauce while saying that if I ordered in person, I would not be charged for the sauce It makes no sense why it is free if you call or in person but not online. I'm disappointed with the service I was provided.
Decided to give this place a 2nd chance. Haven't been to wingstop since this location really ruined wingstop for me. My woman decided to treat us. I was against this location thought maybe things changed. Turns out it's the exact same. Food cold, order a medium fry they give you a kids small. Order a large fry and they give you a small. This place isint getting any better. The staff clearly don't care and management has yet to do anything to fix this place and it's service. It's wild a year ago this place was amazing now it's the worst in Arlington.
As a local business, we take pride in supporting our community. Our recent visit for wings was delightful, consistently satisfying our team's cravings. We look forward to returning soon.
