so far we've had no bad experiences here. staff are always super friendly, even when it's late which I don't take for granted--id probably be grumpy working at 10pm+ so it's appreciated that everyone is so nice :)
food is always good and they keep giving us a silly amount of ranch containers which I'm not complaining about lol
The lady up front was very nice.. when I took my food home it was still hot and fresh. Wings were cooked perfectly!!
The door dash dude opened the bag and ate the fries. Pretty sure he took the receipt if it was on there. When I went to call to figure it out they put me hold for a long time, maybe indefinitely. They put on hold right after I said, "So I just got food delivered and.." The food was great tho.
This is my favorite Wingstop location in the area. You sometimes have to catch the service on a good night but otherwise they're great. My order is normally correct they're always friendly when interacting with customers. I live closer to the Maumee Wingstop however I'll sometimes take the trip to visit the superior wingstop on Central just because they're the best :)
This place is great. I’ve always had a great experience here, but today was next level. I think she said her name was Jennifer, and I’m pretty sure that she is a manager. She was so sweet and helpful even though the place was absolutely swamped and had a call off. I used to work in fast food and it takes a lot to impress me, but this person impressed me quite a bit. You’re doing a great job Jennifer, and thank you again!!
Ordered delivery. I live less than a quarter mile away from this location. It took 25 minutes to deliver after the driver picked up the food. Fries were soft and cold. Wings were cold.
Wings were amazing. Good size and meaty. Lots of sauce. I had BBQ and they tasted great.
Save the money and skip the fries. They taste like they have sugar on them and way too much salt. I asked if they could remake them with much less salt. They did, however they still had way too much. Very disappointing.
We also waited 20 minutes for our food.
For a place called Wingstop these were quite literally the worst wings I have ever had. They were MINIATURE. We placed our order by phone and went there 10 minutes after they were supposed to be ready (about 30 minutes later) and they had not even started our order. They forgot about it. Also forgot our dipping sauces. Still, even though they made them in front of us, the wings were cold. Cold wings covered in cold sauce. Disgusting. Won’t be back. If your name is Wingstop maybe learn how to make wings ????♀️
