Best WLM Reviews
Ordered online for carryout. Only had to wait 5 min past the time they said it would be done and the young lady at the register was great!
The food was beyond horrible. The wings were gooey and stuck together, as were the fries. Honestly, we have never had bad fries at Wingstop and it is one of the reasons we go! I tried to pick up one up when I got home, and the entire basket lifted. They were gooey, greasy, and there was no fry seasoning on them.
We have decided to cross Wingstop Blue Springs off our list of places we love. There is pretty much nothing that can make up for how absolutely disgusting the food was.
As a frequent patron of Wing Stop, it is with great regret that I pen down a review reflecting continuous dissatisfaction, stemming from a series of unfavorable experiences, the most recent of which occurred on February 23rd. Despite the convenience promised by the online ordering system, the reality has been consistently contrary. An order placed with an estimated readiness of 16-21 minutes resulted in an extended wait time, culminating in a 56-minute delay. This scenario is not isolated but a recurring theme, exacerbated during peak times such as Super Bowl Sunday, where even a 24-hour advance order did not circumvent a 45-minute wait upon arrival.
The observable chaos, characterized by a crowded venue with neither dine-in patrons nor timely order fulfillment, points to a systemic issue that transcends mere operational hiccups. The front desk staff, despite commendable efforts under pressure, are evidently overwhelmed, signaling a dire need for managerial intervention and strategic staffing solutions.
The consistent preference given to third-party delivery orders over in-store patrons not only diminishes the customer experience but also raises questions about the establishment’s commitment to service quality. Turning away walk-in customers due to anticipated delays further underscores the operational inefficiencies plaguing this establishment.
It is imperative that management, including the franchisee owner, heed this feedback not as criticism but as a clarion call for urgent and tangible improvements. The sustainability of customer loyalty hinges on the ability to adapt and address these shortcomings promptly. Failure to do so may not only tarnish the brand’s reputation but also alienate a once loyal clientele.
I ordered carry-out right before the chiefs game. There were tons of orders- like 9 people waiting for their orders. The whole crew was hustling and taking care of it. The manager was passing out free drinks or a brownie to those who were waiting a while. And they were all still so polite while being so overwhelmed. My large order was the last ready so the kind manager carried it out to my car for me. All of our food was correct and delicious!
Service is awful, employees are rude, came in the middle of the afternoon and it took well over an hour just to get my food. Sucks because i love wingstop but this location makes it feel like maybe i shouldn’t…
Before someone pays for a combo meal, you should probably warn them that only sugar free and diet options are available on your Freestyle—I definitely would’ve passed. Wings were undercooked, fries were overcooked and accompanied by a sweet tea that was anything but sweet. Guess I’ll have to make the drive to Independence next time I want some Wing Stop.
I have witnessed the worst manager I have ever seen. She couldn't speak English or just wasn't. The young man Dylan was trying to fix my messed up order and she was telling him he was worthless and lazy and many other things. We only knew that because another person translated it. Then I witnessed her shove this young man Dylan. Dylan seemed like he was the only one who spoke English, he was working really hard to take care of everyone. I asked him where the manager was he informed me that she was the manager. I don't know who is the head person here but someone needs to put a stop to this lady. This lady was working at cooking in the back. While I was there 5 orders were brought back to get fixed right. You are taking a chance of this manager hurting an employee let alone lose your customers.
The staff was all super friendly and nice. Got my order out quick. The garlic parm boneless wings were kind of disappointing. Not much flavor and just overall very bland.
The food is always fresh and delicious! The manage here is hands down the best! Good customer service is rare but, you get it here!
