This place sucks. Never going there again. I got fries and hot honey chicken and the fries tasted like water, and the hot honey wasn't even hot honey. The lil bratty girl up there was sassy and she had some attitude. And they said they “fixed” the drink machine and guess what. It came out as carbonated water and I wanted root beer. Do better wingstop. Do not ever come here looking for nice food and service.
The new manager that started at the west 21st st location today was super sweet. She was willing to drive my order to me after door dash didn't. The fact that she was willing to go out her way to make things right, is greatly appreciated. Big shout out to the manager!
Food was disgusting. I ordered the Cajun wings, which were a four out of five in heat and they were mild at best, the hot honey were actually spicier Go away which I tasted from a coworker… The fact that I paid $15 for eight wings and a side of soggy disgusting mildly seasoned fries and a watered down Coca-Cola Makes me delete the app… I don’t know where they got their idea of Cajun spices but as someone who lived in Louisiana for a long time, I can tell you 100% that this is not Cajun spicy at all… My other coworker got the corn seasoned with the Cajun spices, and it was actually the only edible thing that we had and it was pretty good. But I don’t see myself ordering for them in the future just for their corn
Did an online order for pickup. Simple and only for me. Took 40 minutes to get my order. The food was cold and about the tiniest pieces of chicken ever. Will not go back. I do not recommend this place at all waste of 13 bucks
I got my order from Wingstop and all of my chicken was cold. My fries tasted old and my brownie indeed was old. My wings were so dry no flavor no seasoning no sauce and the fries were disgusting. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had from Wingstop and they are one of my favorite places to get chicken from..
Not really the type to leave reviews for fast food places but YADI gave us excellent food recommendations and service today she went above and beyond with finding a deal that would accommodate to us and the food portions we were going for I truly recommend speaking to her next time you stop by and if her manager sees this, give that girl a raise she deserves it. Super respectful and knowledgeable ????????!!
First and last time at a Winstop. Walk in simple 8 piece combo took 40 minutes. Confused on how a restaurant with 4 key items deep fried might I ad can have a 45 minute wait no matter the customer flow. Poor upper management. Pay me and I'll show you how simple.
We like the ambiance of the restaurant. But the food took a long time to come out and items were missing. None of the sauces were very good. The menu didn't specify what was a dryrub and what was a sauce, so we had to ask lots of questions. Will likely choose a different place for wings next time.
