I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. I've been here multiple times with no issues with food or service! Christina has taken care of me each time with a huge smile and amazing service. If you have any issues, just ask for her to take your order!
I highly recommend trying the Sweet BBQ Blaze chicken wings at Winstop Restaurant. I had the pleasure of having these wings last Friday, and they left a lasting impression on me for sure. The sweetness of the BBQ sauce is perfectly balanced with a delightful spice that gradually sneaks up on your taste buds, and creates a memorable experience.
As someone who typically favors lemon pepper wings, I was pleasantly surprised by this bold and unique flavor profile. It’s a refreshing change that I sincerely hope remains on the menu for others to enjoy. It’s 9/7/24. I ordered a combo and this is probably the first time ANY wingstop has done a PERFECT JOB! The right amount of cook time on BOTH the wings and fries… the seasoning on both…. The quantity. Everything about this order was Immaculate! Keep whatever team was there tonight because YES!! ????????

Usually I wouldn’t go to an establishment with low reviews, but I’ve been to this Wing Stop twice pick up orders both times and my food is always perfect like I want it. Order is always ready as promised. I’m glad I took my chances and went because we wanted wings and fries to watch the games on Saturdays
I stopped by to place an order at 4:14pm. I received my order at 4:34pm and it was incorrect. asked for bone in wings and received boneless wings. I finally received my order at 5pm and once again it was incorrect. The whole time I was in the dinning area the employees were just standing around and talking. There was a person that was even selling makeup to the employees and was distracting the workers. Out of the 4 employees only one girl was working. A 5th worker came in at 5pm and was being told by another employee that they couldn't work without a hat but eventually allowed him to work without a hat.
First time ordering here. Wings were really greasy to the point where oil leak out the bag. In addition, the staff was not friendly when I picked up. I get better service from McDonald’s. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Hands down the worst service and worst wing stop location I have ever been to.
First, they gave me the boneless wings (which were really cold) with barely any sauce on them and didn’t add the lemon pepper seasoning. I then asked if they could please add the seasoning, which they did but just dumped it on there. Second, the fries had no seasoning (cold as well) and I asked if they could please add some to it, and again they just dumped it on there.
And third of all the manager and her crew all made rude faces to us after asking for what we needed.
Just overall, really bad service & food.
I recently had the opportunity to try out Wingstop in Prosper, and I wanted to share my overall experience. One of the things that stood out to me was the ease of online ordering. Upon arriving at the Wingstop location in Prosper, I was pleased to find that my order was ready for me within just 20 minutes. The quick turnaround time was impressive and saved me from having to wait around. The staff at Wingstop were friendly and courteous, making the pickup process a breeze.
However, while the service and convenience were top-notch, I did notice some inconsistencies with the size of the boneless wings. Wingstop is known for its flavorful and juicy wings, but the size of the boneless wings in my order varied quite a bit. Some pieces were sizable and satisfying, while others were disappointingly small. This inconsistency was a bit of a letdown, as I had expected each wing to be consistently portioned.
That being said, the quality of the boneless wings themselves was still very good. The flavor options offered by Wingstop were delicious, and the wings were cooked to perfection. Despite the inconsistency in size, I still enjoyed the taste and texture of the wings.
In conclusion, my experience with Wingstop in Prosper was largely positive. The online ordering process was easy and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I did notice inconsistent sizes of the boneless wings, which was a minor drawback. Nonetheless, if you're looking for flavorful wings and a convenient ordering experience, Wingstop in Prosper is definitely worth a visit.
