First time eating at Wingstop! Food was good, but a tad bit too small they should have bigger size options for the tyson wings. By the time we took the photo, all the food was almost gone already. Workers were nice and especially the manager! Everything was fresh and hot, good flavor. Prices were definitely high, though I can see in the end why this place is hyped up, though. The ranch was good it's handmade. I'd come again in the future as a small treat. I recommend Hawaiian as a flavor definitely!!
First time I've ever had a bad experience at a wing stop. Every thing was over seasoned and the fries were over cooked. On top of that a hot soda with no ice. It's like the person that prepared the food didn't care. Oh well. That's my first and last time ordering from this location.
After reading the reviews i still took a chance and went on a Saturday night , which was busy! I don’t know the young lady at the register but she was very professional and my order was as fresh and crispy just how i like it ! The only thing i have to say is their fries was a little soggy for MY liking other than that , 7/10 . would recommend
These 5 stars are for Patricia, the manager. When she is there, everything runs as needed, and the food is always right and fresh. I ONLY come here when she's working mostly because I know the food will come quickly and fresh. She's a sweetheart that gets the job done. I do Uber on the side, and if she's not there, i don't take orders from here. If I do, it has to be a very, very, very good order.
This location deserves a negative number. Unfortunately I had to at least select one star. Customer Service training should definitely be provided to the guy with the two tone dreads and the female with the turquoise/blue/green hair. The food was per the usual expensive, burnt smell and taste, enough butter sauce to clog every artery. Thank you to the smart individual who packaged and boxed the food (the images will be added) because the veggies definitely were not. This by far was the worst experience and I’ve had several. I wish the old manager was still available she definitely took pride in the employees and they delivered quality service.
That night shift crew you get exactly what you get is the attitude they always have. A wasted trip and money! I was so upset because not only was the order wrong but that greasy bag got all over the car interior! They did that intentionally. The box is straight however the image will look turned to give you a visual of the bottom residue. They definitely don’t answer the phone and the online ordering system needs a special instruction block for when you want to edit your boneless/classic order. This establishment never seems to take walk in orders. They always have an attitude like they do not desire to be there. The food quality shows and the wings didn’t even appear to be done. I had took half out to put in the air fryer when I got home. They packed the box with all twenty wings in all that sauce. The ranch was added to the order but of course they managed to get that wrong also.
I came here 2/20/24 at 3pm and ordered CHICKEN buffalo fries they took a long time to call my order and i started to notice that people who were behind me in line got their food before me I usually don’t mind waiting for my food if i know it will come out fresh. They finally called my order and i grabbed it started driving back to work when i finally saw my order i was in disbelief there wasn’t any chicken i still had hope that there would be chicken at the bottom tried looking for it and nothing. The customer service there was already terrible im pretty sure if i would’ve called the rude cashier would’ve told me the chicken flew away. Wasn’t even worth going back to get a refund they killed my entire day.
There was a very dismissive guy sitting on his break helping literally everyone that came in but me. I stood near, waiting to be acknowledged as patient as I could. He literally went out of his way to go get some cheese sauce for someone that was already eating, sat down, looked over me, and helped another person that came in CLEARLY after me. I waited because my order had been placed online prior to arriving. This WORKER helped another person until I had it. I asked him if I was invisible to him and pulled another worker to help me retrieve my order. I'm upset and can't believe the apparent disrespect that he displayed. You literally can't miss me as I stand 6'1. What a joke! I totally feel discriminated against, and no, he wasn't white, and neither am I. Maybe my skintone wasnt to his liking because I've never been the unapproachable type like EVER. SMH
Do better wing stop! Y'all in there talking bout stuff that customers shouldn't hear and jamming from the loud music, normally I don't care bout that stuff but when you forget something i paid for, then I'm remembering all that unnecessary stuff I saw and heard in the restaurant.
