1. Lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan are the best flavors! Yummy, savory and crispy! I ordered to go and when I got home it was still hot and crispy. Garlic Parmesan was kinda soft but 3 mins in air fryer does magic.
2. 20 wings for 30 dollars is kinda steep but I think it’s kinda worth it.
3. The service that was provided was awesome! She told me it would be ready in 15 mins and when I got there it was ready!
4. Best ranch hands down next to habit burger ranch!
5. The cashier/lady who took my order was nice, kind and provided awesome customer service.
I spoke with the District Manager on 09-10-2024 regarding the fact that I ordered two different meals and received half the order with different drinks we didn't order. How do you know what we drink or allergic to?? His main concern was focused on how did I get his number. Check with your Team lead who said they were the manager at this location. Such lies!! I would drive to another location before visiting your location in Germantown MD ever again.
Mr. Chris stated he would call me back the next day when he got to this location. He never called me back and it's ok because your title is just that a title. You do not keep your word and you definitely do not handle complaints professionally at all. Sorry I was so upset I didn't get the chicken and no fries but we ordered it.
I hope the owner sees this review because I have a lot more to share with them. Then they can hear the conversation with this joke of a District Manager.
This is my to-go spot. But service is declining, I normally get served by a very nice helpful lady. Tonight (12/20) I was helped by a young man that was on his phone all the time, it took him 4 minutes for him to acknowledged me and provided the worst costumer service. Between costumers, we just looked at each other in shocked. No helping costumers, people waiting for their food but he was too busy on the phone.
I ordered my food online today, and I was impressed that my order was complete within 10 minutes. Despite getting takeout, the restaurant looked clean from a cursory glance.
The cashier completing my order was friendly and polite and verified my order. I like that Wingstop keeps the online orders behind the counter to prevent theft, unlike Chipotle and similar places.
The biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. The fries were very soggy, had little to no salt, and were very sugary. The chicken sandwiches were razor thin and were mainly breading. The only positive was the soft bread and stellar ranch sauce.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE GO TO THE GOSHEN ROAD LOCATION IN MONTGOMERY VILLAGE FOR BETTER QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY.
I order a 10 of the classic. They told me it would take 20 mins. I sat back and watched dashers and other pick ups get their food for 30 something minutes until I received my food. Driving home the fries was warm and soggy when I got home and opened my chicken it was only 6 pieces. I ordered 10. Not satisfied. Would rate this experience a zero if I could.
Woman at the cashier is horrible at service,
She gave me the food she wanted on 11/23rd at 9 PM i stead of what I ordered. Saying I already made it. This report is going to better business bureau!
Visited the Germantown location of Germantown rd. I had purchased the same favored wings from the flower hill location that day and they were great. I put in my order at about 30 minutes to closing and to my surprise it was ready in 3 minutes. I was suspicious because that was too quick. To my surprise the wings were leftover or discarded wings that they may have thrown back in oil and give to me. The staff was a bunch of teenagers and all kinda had a grin on their faces. I started my order smiling and making joke because it was the end of the day and thought they may need a little laugh. Well, they definitely took advantage of my jolly personality and took things to the next level. The wings I ordered had no flavor, smells like they poured old grease on them, burnt and cold. Who know what else they did. This was the worse experience and I cannot trust my ordering from this place. I plan on taking this to the cooperate office. My stomach was upset the next day from just eating one. See my pics in this post.
We just ordered tenders I’m very dissatisfied with this order . Ordered lemon pepper and honey rub, Tenders were plain and oily . Fries had sugar instead of salt. What happened??
