The wait time always takes around an hour and not only that but the food is mediocre and the service is never very pleasant. I’ve been a few times because it’s a close location for me to get wings but i hate how it’s always a long wait and the staff most of the time has an attitude. I work in customer service and a restaurant and i can tell you that it is not that hard to put on a smile and do your job without an attitude or a smug look.
Food has gone downhill, and portions are small. I ordered online, and they said they didn't have an order for me charged me again in store, and I waited 45 mins and never refunded for my original order. Went in multiple times, never a manager in duty. Can't get ahold of corporate. This place is awful.
The last few times I went to this location they have been on point! They got all the food correct. It was nice and hot! And we got a sweet treat! The restraunt was super client!
Amazing place, it always smells amazing. The restaurant is always clean inside and out even the restrooms. Big parking place. Workers are really nice. Love the happy environment. Sometimes it can be really busy and slow.
Bro what the hell I thought I was tripping but this is extremely unnecessary I feel like at a certain point it’s common sense I come to this place a lot but for sure can live without it
DO NOT COME HERE FOR DINE IN OR IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY. Food was fresh and delicious but it was an hour and 45 minute wait for my order. I only had 2 medium bone in combos. I have no issue with waiting but many of the people ahead of me were pretty upset that they had to wait for food. Please make sure you order ahead of time or online, walk in are a waste of time. I'll come here again but I'll have to plan my order ahead of time.
So disappointed this ruined my dinner ! The fries. Are my favorite and today I went in for my order and the gave me some deep fried Fries so hard I can barely bite in them …anyways if there going to make us wait an hour for an order they should do a better job !!
Dont come to this wing stop!!! We came in at 7:10 and waited for almost 2 HOURS!!! For a 20 piece and fries. And to add on that the wings were mediocre at best they needed more flavor the ranch was chuncky! CHUNCKY!!! 1/10 do NOT i mean do NOT recommend!! We were unsatisfied and were upset for the wait along with the purchase go down to turlock and find better results! ????????♂️???????? it wasn’t even good ????
