Stopped in for dinner one night. Crew did very well. Wait wasn't too long and any issue was fixed right away.
Food: Great. Everything was on par for Wing Stop. Did really well. It stinks when they skip on the sauce and they did not do that.
Service: Awesome. The young man at the counter was exceptional and very attentive. Really took care of everything.
Atmosphere: Good. Maybe could have been cleaner but it wasn't bad. All around good experience.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. My daughter put a order in and someone stole her food somehow still was trying to work with them. The person who was supposed to deliver never made it due to no address on order and because there wasn't a tip. The young black man seems like slow. He didn't seem capable or just didn't care enough to actually listen so the issue could be fixed. And the so called manager Fernando he's a joke! This location is trash and those 4 crew members are a joke. They wanted to argue instead of just making the food. He's too busy trying to show out for his crusty crew and then proceeded to go to the kitchen to keep talking crap like I can't see or hear him. Pick a different location because this isn't it......
Just ordered from this location for the first time via the website to save money. They apparently use DoorDash for delivery.
Although we ordered 2 COMBOS we only received our food, no drinks, AND we were shorted on our wings. The food was also cold. I tried calling the restaurant TWICE and received no answer. See photos of order confirmation vs the picture that the DoorDash driver provided.
Wish I could get my money back for the drinks I didn’t receive.
The Sweet Tea is trash!!! I poured it out thinking they gave me unsweet by mistake and made another cup but nope that wasn’t the issue. When i order sweet tea coffee expect a cool refreshing sugar rush. Their version taste just as bland as the unsweet tea
I was hesitant to try this location based on the low ratings but I had a great experience, customer service was outstanding as well the amazing food.Wing stop is the best place for lemon pepper wings! It is so good along with their fries. Definitely will be back!
There’s an African American dude that literally need to clean his ears. Like the hell, I was telling him clearly that I wanted “30 pc wings” and he was like I didn’t speak English, kinda racist. He was looking at his phone for like 15 minutes instead of taking my order.
When I ordered from here it took them about 45 mins to make my food , and when I finally received my food it was cold and it was the wrong order. When I told them it was wrong, nobody could speak English. They had to have this black boy come up and translate. Also when I told them it was cold they just dropped it back in the oil instead of remaking my order. It was a terrible experience.
I keep giving this store second chances.. I ordered DoorDash and when I received my order I had everything but the chicken. Go figure! I called and they said yeah the chicken is here.. so I had to get in my car and go pick up the chicken. The fries and corn were supposed to have light seasoning but didn’t. I asked the worker to redo them and he asked the person making fries to make them light seasoning but she made them the same way.. so she made them AGAIN… This will be the last time I order here.
