Horrible. Spent 45.00 and nothing was correct. Gave me ten plain boneless wings with no sauce. You are the worst. Customer service was horrific. So rude and the place was a mess. You should be ashamed to even open the door. Disgusting and horrible food. We need this place to shut down. Get a better restaurant in there who cares that we pay their wages. Smdh gross. Please read reviews before going to the one in Meridian on Eagle Rd. I didn't order plain wings. Soggy horrible fries.
Order Togo for my birthday dinner and they got our order wrong. My husband called and they remade the order and he went to pick it up. The wings were pretty good, but the fries were the worst fries I've ever had. We threw out all three orders. The looked like day old fries and were soggy.
was told there would be a 20 minute wait before i paid then after i paid i was told it would be an hour. there was barely anyone in the store. one worker was busting his butt while everyone else was either none existent or sitting on the floor of the back counter on their phone. AND HERES THE PROOF!!
Do not order Delivery through their app. And always double check your order. They forget to call DoorDash, and our order took 2+ hours to get here. We were missing multiple items and everything needed to be warmed up in the oven. Food is almost always decent, and we ordered a few times a month when we lived in Texas. Bad experiences with this locations. We have had so many issues with incorrect orders, crazy wait times and horrible service.
This is ridiculous!!!! I came into the store being told twice there is going to be a 20 minute wait which I was fine with. I waited an hour and a half before finally getting my food! The kids that worked there were laughing and joking around and one of them even left to get pizza next door. People came in larger groups eating in with no online order either and got all of their food way before me, I finally got up and stood there waiting for my food with everyone staring at me all knowing I hadn’t gotten my food yet even though I was the only one in the store at the time I got there. This is the worst wing-stop I have ever been to!!!!
Im leaving a review in case someone leaves a bad one for them tonight 11/15 These guys are busting their asses and dealing with way too many impatient rude people expecting them to get all 50 orders that got ordered at the exact same time to get done at the same time. They were very kind and hard working.
The timing is awful but that's what happens with sports. It would help if customers weren't swarming the counter after being told they still have a wait time.
Waiting for the food. So can’t speak to that yet. But we were told our food is 25 minutes out because of all the online orders. So there’s that. Can’t slide in the order for people who bothered to come in to the store?
But the real issue is that I wanted a cup for water and was charged 3.29 for the cup. Didn’t know about that until after I paid. When I asked about it, the girl at the counter, bless her heart, said “oh yeah, that’s how much the cups cost.”
We enjoyed Wing stop food, I picked it up, it was less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Everyone was courteous and pleasant, and they were pretty busy. Everyone enjoyed the food, the fries were great! Good job Wing stop!
