"BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO T'SHONDRIA & MARIA! They did an excellent job tonight at Wingstop (11315 S Figueroa St) at 8:32 PM, Order #262. They displayed outstanding customer service, and the wings and fries came out perfectly seasoned! The crew, with Marco’s help, kept the energy high and lively throughout our visit. Their enthusiasm and teamwork were top-notch. They absolutely deserve a raise or a higher position, as their service was exceptional. My family and I were very pleased with the experience!"

It's alright fries were dark maybe CHANGED THE FRY OIL MORE OFTEN. PRESENTATION NEEDS WORK A 2ND LINER WOULD BE GREAT.
Placed an order over the phone using some sort of robot..not cool my order was correct when robot repeated got home to these NOT WELL DONE WINGS I REQUESTED with some much grease at the bottom of the tray and to top it off all the wings look like turkey wings BIG as heck!!
Did an online ordered said eta 932 they did not make it until I came at 932 and I had to wait. I Was not the only person this happened to. Also I never been to a wing stop with bullet proof windows
This place needs a upper mannagement to step in. The manager in evening shift. A lil short mexican girl doesnt care for customer service and it reflects on staff. Third time i come when shes closing atnd as of 1130 she stops taking orders. Every1 literally stands around for 1wam to hit and then walk out out instead up keeping of with wingatops schedule of providing sevice untill 12am. It sux since i get out work at 1130 n rush over here just to be kicked to the curb by this lil manager girl
This is the worst Wingstop in Wingstop history. I literally purchased my first order through door dash.
Simple meal : 5 pc Cajun Corn and a Large Cajun Voodoo Fries.
Order arrived and they packed me a Regular Large Fry instead of the Cajun Voodoo Fries.
I called door dash and got my refund for the fries and re ordered through door dash again, yet this time I went to pick it up. I opened it when I got there and saw that they were Voodoo Fries indeed. However, when I got home and tasted the fries, I was hit with a horrible taste of LIME like LEMON pepper wings. They gave me the wrong order TWICE.
Do NOT ever purchase from here, idc if it’s the last damn Wingstop on earth.
Yes, as a previous reviewer said. This is the worst Wingstop. I called to place a special request order with the supervisor or the manager. I WON'T SAY A NAME FOR NOW. The order total was $83.00. Now, when I get there, I have to repeat my order to the cashier. I waited about about 20min more. I received my order. I get home and unpack my order. First of all, they packed a 40pc. family meal in one bag. The chicken skin was white. It look like they gave it to straight off the chicken. I asked for well and well done. The chicken looks naked. They cook too many at one time. Chicken is supposed to be golden brown. One flavor was missing. The chicken pieces were undercooked, flavorless, and unappetizing looking. I had to repackage back up. My family is waiting to eat dinner. I couldn't settle for a $83.00 order, not to be as I requested. I had to be inconvenienced and leave home again to return the order for a full refund. I feel like the Cooks don't follow instructions. They're adding too many pieces to the fryer, not allowing them to cook throughly. Also, they have no regard for your order they just want their paycheck on Friday. People, we need to skip the fast food spots and cook more home-cooked meals. At least it will be the way you want it. This is how restaurants lose customers and revenue.
