They forgot all 4 ranches in my order and gave me the wrong veggies. Well I went to go get the ranches and while I appreciate the guy helping me, he was standing there bending over trying to “pop his back” as many customers are trying to talk to him. He also said “there’s no cashier today and he’s a cook” so he denied service to people coming in. Unprofessional if you ask me. Regardless if the cashier didn’t come for their shift someone needs to run the damn register. ITS A BUSINESS.
This is December 11th 2024 I don't know what the hell happened in that restaurant but it's fantastic!! Whoever is running the show in there tonight needs to always be running that place because it's going like clockwork. Me as a delivery driver used to have to go in there all the time and dreaded it because I always knew the wait would be long and the cashier might not even talk to you. Whoever changed the situation good job!!
Now this is December 12th 2024 and I don't know what the hell happened again but you need new management!!! These people cannot get this food out fast enough, I was asked by doordash to pick up an order by 9:10 p.m. it was 9:45 and I finally gave up and unassigned the door dash. The girl working the register was really slow and would not inform the customers on how long their wait would be. She would just say "what's the name? not ready yet then look away" she has no people skills whatsoever. There were so many people in the restaurant waiting on their food that had been there about an hour!! Bring the people back that were there on December 11th and fire the people that were there December 12th. Except for the skinnier light skinned girl with braids. Keep her, everybody else need to go and you'll be more profitable and successful.
Always hits the spot! This place stays pretty busy so always order ahead or it will take a while. I don't think they time things out very well because it's 50/50 chance the fries won't be hot when the wings are ready. Great sauces and seasonings to explore and try out. Top tier guilty pleasure
They’re short staffed and my heart goes out to them, especially on game day, but despite that they give no attitude and remain level headed. I had to wait an hour on my order but it was hot and ready and tasted fantastic. I hope they get the help they need. ????
I ordered wings with ranch and a side of Parmesan cheese .they gave me no ranch attitude and some mess they called garlic sauce.the manager tried to get smart and told me to pick up my ranch the next day but what good would that do.
After waiting for a bit I checked my food and saw that my boneless wing I got were literally so small, the size of two dimes together. If I wanted chicken nuggets I would’ve went to Wendy’s
i’m so upset. i’m a college student with barely any money to my name, and i decided that, for the first time in weeks, i would let myself eat somewhere instead of scrounging at my apartment. i typically ask for extra seasoning on my fries, but this time, it tasted like they dumped a whole container of salt in them. i ordered lemon pepper wings. they came drowning in liquid that tasted like some sort of oil or butter substitute. there was almost no actual lemon pepper seasoning on them. there were trace amounts of red substance on them, which kind of looked like hot wing sauce; as if they didn’t clean the bowl between orders. additionally, i got a 6-count, and one of my wings was literally split in half. i tipped the workers what i could afford to when i ordered online, too. i wish i could take it back. $15 down the drain :(
Food is usually good. It ALWAYS, even if they are dead, takes a hour at minimum to get what I order. Workers have attitudes, especially towards doordashers.
