The day shift crew is in incredible!! This is my go to location. I prefer going during the daytime because my food is always hot and always good. These guys even know me when I walk in they grab my order. I know Caesar by name and the young lady that’s always at the register and the other lady that does the cooking. The lady at the register learned I was expecting and I noticed they’ve really go out of their way to make sure I am good. They are very friendly and have excellent customer service. Thank you and they all deserve a raise!
Pretty good. We had the tenders with garlic parmesan, classic hot bone-in wings, fries and corn wheels (I think they call them Cajun corn). We ordered via the website. I really love their online ordering. Easy to use and easy to navigate. We picked up our order around 10:15 PM. Service was good and waitstaff was friendly. We waited a couple minutes for them to finalize the order, which was fine, but on our short drive to get the meal home, the items were cold. That’s the only reason this is not a 5-star review. Maybe better packaging would help. The fries were placed on top of the other items and those were the coldest of all in our order. Cold anything is not good, but cold fries are really bad. The fries looked hand cut, so I image had they been hot, they would have been delicious. Maybe next time we will dine in to avoid this issue.

I get wings once every couple months. Friday I decided to order wings combo for me and my daughter. I placed the order at 7:00 online . My food was suppose to be ready in 14 mins . I arrive at 7:20. There’s literally 30 people waiting . Everyone was mad and frustrated . I decided to wait give them a couple mins lady said there working on it. 20 mins go by . Im hearing people talk left and right . Front register people are not telling us no clarity on when our food will be ready but “10mins” or “couple mins”. By 8:00pm I got my refund just like many others. Beware never order on Fridays !!! Management needs to be organized and have more workers on crazy nights. The amount of people waiting was crazy in the time I was there only 3 people got there food .People were growing angrier and angrier.
I ordered a delivery order last night, and my food was delivered to me without a sticker showing that the bag wasn’t opened. I called Wingstop and the manager told me that I had to come with the food to get a refund, order remake etc. Remind you I paid a delivery fee and tipped, but this was through the Wingstop website so I had to go through the same business. I said ok I’ll bring the food, put it in my refrigerator and decided to come on my lunch break. I asked the manager Oscar to remake the food while I was on my lunch so it would be ready and I would give him the order from last night. He told me no, since people won’t bring their food. I decided to file a corporate complaint and update their reviews due to the poor service from management.
Every single time I get garlic Parmesan wings here the wings are over cooked and literally has NO type of seasoning on them. It’s very disappointing because other locations do great but I just cannot order from this location anymore.
Worst wings EVER! Tasted like and looked like the wings were injected with triple PESTICIDES! EXTREMELY GREASY & we’re supposed to be lemon pepper wet. Tasted more like A BAD BRAND OF MAKE BELIEVE CRISCO FRIED IN DIRTY YEAR-OLD GREASE! Absolutely HORRIBLE
