I’ve never been to a Wingstop before so this was my 1st experience.
We order take out. By the time we got there our food was ready and it was speedy pickup! The people were nice.
Once we got home. The only issue was we order the big ranch but the cap wasn’t put on properly so the big ranch spilled all over the food and the bag.
The ranch was really good though!
Also the wings were to die for!
We got the $16.99 boneless deal.
We got lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, and hot honey.
Our fav was the hot honey and the fries are chefs kiss!

Ordered wings on Saturday through a delivery service. The delivery was fast and very nice driver. Unfortunately he delivered some poorly made wings from this location. They were thrown in a box and if I was to guess day or two old, and dry wings. They had bland sauce on them, it was suppose to be Hot and Mango Habanero. Unfortunately you couldn’t tell the difference between the two. Then when you think it couldn’t get worse I had a side of soggy fries that were absolutely foul. I made my complaint unfortunately the horrible service didn’t stop there. I had a manager named Staci that didn’t even know my name!!! Then went on to tell me how busy they were!!! I feel sorry for all those customers that got food there. If you want to over pay for gross, overcooked and old chicken come to this location.
The chicken tenders are absolutely terrible! Only breading! I have ordered the chicken tenders 3 times and you can tell that the chicken is frozen tenders and mostly breading. You would think that a chicken place would have unfrozen hand breaded chicken that tastes good. On the other hand, service is great. Everyone is super nice every time I come in and make checking out easy! The Cajun fries are really good as well!
Came in a little after opening and manager and workers December 4 were absolutely amazing. Greeted with smiles food was hot and delicious. We were definitely taken care of. Thank you to the manager that got my friend a water.
We ordered 20 boneless wings with fries. I opened my box and thought it was a joke! The wings looked like someone had chewed up the wings and tossed them in to what was refrigerated COLD sauces. The fries were almost ice cold inside. We called WS and said that if they don’t have anymore wings they cut them up in the peace’s. Interesteing because we placed our order around 11pm and they close at midnight. Couldn’t take their word for it as these look chewed up and ended up throwing them away!
Had to drive back because of missing items. Fries were undercooked, ranch was thrown into bag and spilled. I had to wait another 30 min for a missing 20 piece. The bags were covered in grease.. There were other folks who had to wait for online orders and the staff kept trying to crack jokes. It was incredibly uncomfortable for most of us. Would not recommend
RAW CHICKEN.
We’ve have an unbelievable amount of issues with this location but this takes the cake. RAW CHICKEN in our order. Not only were our fries and other meal missing but the chicken was completely raw inside for the tenders we did receive. Not just a sliver or small spot … huge chucks of raw uncooked chicken!! Pics attached. This place needs to be shut down. We have mistakes on every single order. But this is unacceptable.
Just plain nasty. Ordered over 50.00 worth of wings and fries. Wings had zero taste, fatty, and cold. Very undercooked as well. Fries were burned AND soggy... if that can be done. Unedible. First and last time earing there. Will never go back. Not even worth calling and complaining about as I see management doesn't address any of the issues.
