Came in to dine for my little Cousin 19th Birthday he loves Wingstop and it was his request and let me tell you best Wingstop EVER‼️ We ordered the 40 piece bundle deal and everything was fresh, hot, seasoned to perfection and damn good. The staff is very friendly as well I will definitely be back for these good ass Lemon Pepper wings. Thank you❤️
I ordered online then walked in 30 minutes later. When i walked in the cashier asked for my name then marked my order receipt and told me they were STARTING to work on my order. She let me know that next time if I wanted my order ready I needed to order online THEN call them. What??? 8 customers came in behind me, all pickup orders, two door dash, all were told the same thing. No ones order was ready at pickup. It took them 35 minutes from the time I placed my order for me to get it. Then they shorted me 2 wings. Also someone was trying to get a refund, cashier had to call the manager, manager said he’d call the GM and they told the guy “it should be taken care of, just call back if you don’t get that refund.” Well go to Spring if you really want wingstop again.
Very clean establishment and the food at their location was CORRECT!!! The wings were actually fried and seasoned all the way through. They were NOT raw it was really good. I hope this location keeps cooking their wings like this. They were amazing. Staff was helpful and nice. We would definitely visit this location again. NOT all wing stops are equal but this one is legit.
Such friendly service from all the staff. Was greeted immediately upon entering and the food was prepared fast. Definitely would recommend. Special thanks to Ruber and Kimberly for all their help.
I’ve been going to this Wingstop ever since it opened and not once have I had such an awful experience. I ordered online at 8:51 pm, I arrived around 9:10 pm. My order was not ready when I got there, so my boyfriend and I waited for another 15 minutes until we finally asked them about it again. They repeatedly dismissed our order and said “it’ll be ready in 10 minutes”, which they said two separate times. After constantly asking them about it, we later found out that they gave someone else our order. So we waited even longer and overheard that they gave a woman’s online order away to the wrong person as well. I understand that sometimes wrong orders are given out but the way they handled the situation was completely dismissive and of no urgency, even after seeing us wait for over an hour for our food. We were being understanding towards the staff but they were not even addressing us correctly nor having any sympathy at all. Not to mention their lack of apology??? They simply do not care about customers and I am not sure if I will ever go to this Wingstop again.
DO NOT come here! They will take forever!! Or at least order two days before you want it. First they said 15 minutes, then 5 minutes, then we're the next ones. Also I even ask a fellow customer he said he waited 30min! I waited more than an HOUR . Like where is the complete transparency? They kept saying my order is next. And fully staff crew (8ppl) must not really care for the customers. The most upsetting thing was multiple walkin customer order 20 min after me then got there order before me!
All I order was 10 piece and 6 piece combo..

The staff here is incompetent and rude. They treat customers like trash and after multiple orders they get wrong they just smile at you and say stuff happens and don’t care. No apology no customer service. Check your orders before you leave and have a thick skin walking in because these guys are horrible. If you’re a Wingstop fan like me, make the drive to a different location, you’ll save a lot of time and headache. This was the Sunday crew 8-25-24. Good luck yall!
Everyone here is very rude and stand offish. Food takes forever and they are always out of something. They are extremely rude to food delivery people. Make them wait for their food even though it’s ready. Food delivery services are literally the only reason your store is generating any type of traffic. These one star reviews are accurate.
