Order said it would be ready at 7:40 got there at 7:50 food still wasn’t ready had to wait about 35 mins to get my order . The fries are disgusting and thin and crunchy . They taste stale and like bad frying oil . What happened to the regular small fries they look like potato wedges now . Order total was $74 . Do better especially with people spending money like that . Rick Ross need to come check his employees
First and last time ordering from Wingstop. Went in to pickup my order and the entrance was not clean. The floor was so gross. Against my better judgement I got the food anyway because I already paid online and my son was looking forward to wings. My car smelled so bad on the drive home, which turned out to be from the inch of fryer oil in the container. Our wings were literally dripping in fryer oil. Never again.
For as much as they charge you would think they would do a better job. This is how 1 of my orders was and it was cold. NEVER AGAIN JUST LAZY
Some of the best chicken wings and sandwiches! The food is very enjoyable with their fries being surprisingly good along with their chicken. The customer service is exceptionally good. The atmosphere is solid and the prices are a little on the high side but not too bad. Overall a great place to go and they have a really great selection of flavors as well for their chicken and fries.
The food tastes sooo good… I had it delivered n it was HOT N FRESH… The corn is the best I everrrr had.. 10/10
Recieved wrong take out order. I called to address it ans got pu on hold and never came back to the phone. Called back asking to speak to manager. Spoke with him and ask for a refund or the correct order delivered. He told me he was not going to have my ordered delivered to me and if I wanted a refund I would have to contact my bank. I asked again or I would call corporate and he said " call them I don't care" and hung up. As a manager in customer service this kind of service is not acceptable.
Placed an order on the wingstop website for delivery and got the wrong drinks delivered. I am diabetic so I could not drink the drinks they brought. Called several times and kept getting hung up on, asked to speak to a manager and was finally told they’d give me a credit after continuously hanging up on me but at this point I still wanted to speak with a manager only to be told that the manager was too busy to speak with me so I drove to the store and spoke with the manager who looked at me after I explained the situation and not once offered an apology to took any accountability. She said “what do you want me to do?” I asked for corporates number but was told it’s a franchise and was just given the option to do a survey. I do not recommend this location. I spoke with two people including the manager and not one apologized for the inconvenience of me getting the incorrect order. This could’ve easily been handled by saying sorry for the mix up and offering me the option to get my drinks at a later time on the first call but instead I got hung up on. RIDICULOUS!
Love Wingstop, but please do an audit here. The customer service was awful. We had a pick up, and arrived when it said it would be ready and employees tried to turn us away. They would not answer any phone calls, told everyone who came in that it would be an hour and a half, refused to take orders even if someone wanted to still place one… it was very disappointing. The food was correct, but we had to ask for our order numerous times although it was sitting right there on the takeout shelf. There was no ice in the drink machine, workers were just walking around, pretending to count the money in the drawer so they didn’t have to take orders from people standing at the counter. Definitely lost my business today.
