I give everyone a fairshake but Do not give them your business! Horrible customer service! I placed my order she said 20 mins, i arrived in 20 payed and waited 45 minutes. She put my food on the pickup rack after i had just payed and waited in front of her all this time. I ordered bone in they gave me boneless, wings were dryer than a camel in the desert. Fries were soggy. And they had no ice for the soda. Will never go back to this one. Save yourself a headache.
IDK WHOS BEEN LYING TO ME.???? NEVER ORDER GARLIC PARM HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered here for the first time. I never been so disappointed in food..???? I got the 6 piece GARLIC PARM and it was the most blandest wings I ever had. I order garlic parm wings all the time so I was expecting a sauce on them… nope…. How does one mess up garlic parm that bad.???? it’s not covered in sauce, it seems they cook it in garlic and just sprinkle Parmesan on top. It’s way too oily, and little to no parm. I probably would have been better off ordered plain wings than this! Not only that but the fries were not that good either, I got just the regular fry seasoning. Not good at all. I gave everything I ordered to my boyfriend since he doesn’t mind.
We ordered delivery for the first time and the delivery driver tried handing us the wrong food, which we managed to get sorted. But then we were handed drinks that weren’t ours and we were told they were the only drinks he had, and then he just left.
We called wingstop and were told that they didn’t have the drinks we ordered. So instead of letting us know this ahead of time they took it on themselves to decide what drinks we wanted for us. Completely unwilling to sort this out for us.

I've ordered the classic wings from here twice through Uber Eats. I have to say they are consistent. Both times I got the food delivered in about 35 minutes (which is good), the flavors were just so so, some of the wings have REALLY hard pieces on the ends, and the fries are barely cooked. Why have a box to check requesting them to be "well done" when they don't do it? Turn the heat up on the fryer and let them crisp up. I guess I'll try another wing place.
Disappointing. Took my friends here since I had good experience a couple years ago. The front counter was friendly and courteous.
The service was very slow and the food was over cooked. The kitchen help couldn’t communicate with us when we inquired. Finally the food arrived but everything was over done. My boneless wings was swimming in bbq soup vs tossed in the sauce. The French fries were all bits and pieces and overly fried. The pop machine was out of Diet Coke and none of the tables had napkins or paper towels.
I was embarrassed I took my friends here and won’t return.
The last 3 time I’ve door dashed a $40-$100 order it’s been wrong. I called and they said I had to bring my nasty chicken wings in to prove they were crap. I already paid extra for them to be door dashed. What in the hell is wrong with people these days and doing right thing? I will literally stand outside your store with my janky, nasty wings and make sure everyone knows that your customer is a disgrace.
I walked in at 9:25 and was turned away by an employee who obnoxiously (and repeatedly) declared that they weren’t serving walk-in customers, just online orders and DoorDash. The sign says they’re open until midnight… hm… first time attempting to eat here, too. Oh well.
Usually a bit of a wait. Soda machine is frequently out of soda. And the floors are very sticky. Food is good so, just giving facts.
