This has to be the worst wingstop. Stuff is always missing from your order, and you can never reach anyone at the store. They don't answer the phone and send you to voice email to a box that is full. If I could give the a zero. I would. Horrible especially when you spend a lot of your hard earned money. They are stealing money! I payed for extras and not only did I not get that, I didn't get the other parts of my order. It should be a crime, and the BBB should hear about it as well.
So I placed my order and made it to pick it up in 15 minutes. Made sure my order was correct and made my drink. When I got home, my food was ice cold. Like they took the cajun corn right out of the refrigerator. I only live 10 min from the store. I can't. I won't be back because every time I come the food it an issue. If I wait and order it there, the wait is ridiculous. The people were nice enough. I hardly eat out because this happens to more and more fast food eateries.
This wing stop is not clean at all. The fountain drinks are out of mostly every drink except sprite. Customer service took 20-30 minutes for wings . Highly not recommended
I made an online order 10 piece lemon pepper combo customized the fries with lemon pepper seasoning only. I go to pick up my order in the time frame they gave check the fries and they were not correct and they were cold. I told the front chic what I requested she took the same fries in the back and they sprinkled lemon pepper on top. I told her that not what I ordered lemon pepper only. She brought back a fresh batch ok thought it was cool until I got home the wings had no seasoning but they gave me lemon pepper on the side on a container WTH!!! Since when am I supposed to toss my own wings. Desoto location needs to do better
Have gone a few times within the past two months. Not nearly as bad as the other reviews I’ve read. All my food was seasoned, hot, and ready to go. Wait time can be sort of iffy, but I usually order ahead. Maybe I’m just lucky?
I was scheduled for an interview with Jonathan. He told me to come 11 am. I was there 20 early just to be told that Jonathan wasn't working. I can already tell how unprofessional this job is. If I could give it zero stars I would. I will be calling Jonathan to confront him. If he shows up to work!
This is the only wingstop I go to and always seems to be slow at getting your food (ready in 3 - 5 business days, as some say). Luckily, their wings are good, and I always plan an hour ahead.
Never answer the phone. I've had 3 Uber eats driver cancel my pick up due to them taking so long. I ordered my food well over an hour and they don't have the common courtesy to answer the phone.
