The worst service. Employees are lazy and don’t even deserve $7.25. Placed the order online and get to the store it’s not done. What’s the point of placing the order online then?
Phones out everywhere? Maybe that’s why they’re lazy.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. They mixed 3 different flavors of boneless wings into 2 containers, essentially getting mild sauce mixed in with the plain and BBQ making 4 out of 5 peoples food ruined. A call to the manager of the store was met with 3 different contradicting lies and no resolution leaving me out almost $90 and still needing to feed 4 more people
My chicken sandwich was burnt and when I called, I was told “I’m sorry about that…have a good one!” Then I tried calling again for a manager, and still no solution. Don’t go here if you want to wait a long time for your food just for them to not care and give you bad service.
Y’all need to get a new closing crew asap I ordered my food online at 5:30 and they decided to wait u til I walk in at 6:07 the time expected for pick up to make my food I didn’t get my food until 6:20 and theyre was a lobby full of people waiting and lack of effort to even move fast I was told my food was waiting on fries as I watch them continue to hand out fries to other bags if people not even there at the moment
We ordered 30 wings, lunch for 2, and we are ???? hap, hap ????, happy ????! Order was ready for pickup, just as I pulled in. Flavors were good and Medium spicy. We picked three flavors: Spicy Korean BBQ, Louisiana Rub, & ????????????️. Oh, ????. Switching flavors each wing was a treat! Today, we both agreed the Spicy Korean BBQ won! Sweet Chili Heat made me think of Sweet Southern BBQ ???? chips, but it tasted much better because fresh sweet ????️ always wins.
Waited a hour for my meal! Didn’t complain, finally got home ready to eat, my boneless chicken was cooked very hard and had a burn taste. I only ordered 6 pieces and 3 I couldn’t even eat! They were dry, nasty , and oily! Could barley taste the lemon sauce (this is the only reason I love wing stop). Guess it’s time to find another places ????
Whew, this place is so hit or miss it’s ridiculous lol.
Regardless, the food is always spectacular and is probably the best gut-busting deal you can for under 20 bucks.
Work on getting ticket times minimized, and increase portion sizes.
And the Latto flavor is okay lol, hot honey was better imho.
Hope to see new LTOs soon tho.
I placed my order at around 2 this afternoon, to pick up at 7:15pm this evening for dinner. I called at 5:50pm just to let them know that I would be there at 7:30pm instead of 7:15pm. The young lady said no problem. I got there at 7:27pm and checked in. The young lady at the register is like, it'll be 5-6min, they gotta pack it up. At this point there's two big bags of food on the cart ready for pick up, but neither one are mine...so I'm waiting. I order a side of lemon pepper seasoning and that's .87...still waiting. She ask me my name for my order a couple of times (stalling). Then she says, can you wait about 5-6min because they gotta cook it. Your ticket got pulled early and your order was never made. ???? My order has been placed and paid for, for 5 hours, it's not ready at the desired pick up time and you want me to wait a extra 10min! Refund please. She let the manager, Ashton, know and he come to process the transaction. He didn't offer to make it right, no type of customer service..just sorry about that. That's unacceptable! My time and my gas went into coming to your restaurant! There's too many kids running this place and I was super hopeful that this experience would be so much better than the last (placed online order and still had to wait 20min when I got there) because Ashton was there, but nope, his customer service is just as non existent as the last. They need more efficiency, customer service and the ability to time manage online orders with call ins and walkins! Get a GM in there to turn this store around! The reviews speak for itself! My order should have been a priority. It had been paid for for 5 hours prior!
